I have been using bajaj oil for last 1.5 yrs as I use to give the bike to ASS PEOPLE 😂..the manual says change oil at every 10000kms and top up at 5k kms interval.. And for the 1st time I have ridden the bike for 3.6k kms without oil change.. The engine is feeling smooth no problem so far no engine heating so far.. I generally ride 50-70kms daily with around 30 kms on highways and rest in the city traffic.. On highways I revv it hard.. Whats your take guys I will definitely change oil after 4k and which oil would u all recommend

Re: Pulsar 200 NS Owners Review and Experiences
Need help guys. I have washed my bike today. Took my bike from there then after it stopped after 5-7 km so i end of at nearby garage by pulling and they checked the spark plugs then it started ,again same things happened. So like this i had to halt at 3 garrages to get temporarily repaired. Then at 7:00pm kept the bike at my known mechanic and he said there might be water got into carburetor so it happens and told me to come tomorrow to take my bike.
What would be the issue??Last edited by optiprime; 09-08-2016, 12:26 AM.

Re: Pulsar 200 NS Owners Review and Experiences
Yeah your mechanic is right. There is some good amount of water in your bike's carb or tank. Get the carb and tank cleaned thoroughly. And dispose off the fuel which was there in the tank as there are good number of chances that water would have mixed with the fuel.Originally posted by optiprime View PostNeed help guys. Thanks krixna I am also thinking to remove the spark plug and inspect it.today I open all the spark plug and there was no oil on the two spark plug.Originally posted by krixna View PostI mean, remove the plug, check if there is oil on it's washer and thread.
but there is little oil near washer on the main spark plug.No oil on the thread.

Re: Pulsar 200 NS Owners Review and Experiences
So there is a tiny leak coming through. Either the plug was not tight enough, or the washer isn't sealing properly. If problem remains after good tightening of the plug, you have to replace it.Originally posted by deep007 View PostThanks krixna I am also thinking to remove the spark plug and inspect it.today I open all the spark plug and there was no oil on the two spark plug.

Yes the main spark plug is not tight as compared to other two.I don't know from where the oil comes.Originally posted by krixna View PostSo there is a tiny leak coming through. It should be come from the engine gasket seal. I will check it.

Any idea how the water enters the carb?Originally posted by Ujjwal96 View PostYeah your mechanic is right. There is some good amount of water in your bike's carb or tank. Re: Pulsar 200 NS Owners Review and Experiences
Mixture is alright with a slight shift to the richer side, maybe due to high rpm/speed ridingOriginally posted by deep007 View PostThis is the main spark plug. Bro What you think about the mixture.
Edit: nice photography there with good focus
