    Guys,
Its 10k I haven't serviced the NS completely, just the oil change at 3.6k and 5.5k and 7.5k. Multiple schedules for the complete bike service kept skipping due to multiple reasons with me and ASC. I have two questions,
Can someone say me the list of items supposed to be replaced and checked at 10k apart from the Bajaj check list?
I would be going to fully synthetic Motul 7100. And I am planning to purchase 1L from Amazon and use another loose motul 200ml/300ml available in Bajaj ASC. What say?

I would like to the thank the following members for their enduring support to the NS fraternity,
    @any1991, @GauravD and @vvk1999 @krixna @sharadh @vivek7593 @powerShift @NitSpeed200 @Itzli @deep007 @Durvesh @jbm_guy

    Let the glory continue.

Mine was M6 I think and we started with 2mm/4mm drill bit to drill a hole on the broken bolt shank and it worked very well. The guy charged me a hefty 30 bucks

Have the same problem. Any solution? How much do they cost and are they readily available in stocks?
Any harms in running as such? I have just used the insulation tape to minimize the accumulation of foreign particles on it. I am running like this for past 2500 kms.

No such replaceable items for 10k service. If its not broken then why fix it.
Just do the general checkup & replace the fluids(coolant, engine oil, break oil) @ given time intervals .

For the leakage, i am using it for past 8000km like that. No oil level decrease , nothing. I will definitely find the cheaper solution for it , working on it currently , will post it as soon as i get it corrected.

Bike being three years old, some items age as time passes instead of the usage. SO anything like that?
Also any of the parts has three year warranty?

Don't worry , replace if anything gets faulty. No such rule except mentioned in user manual .

this is rear monoshock, leaking oil from top. ASS guy told me the leak has to be from bottom of shock where the piggy back canister is to be considered a leak. does he make sense? rear shock provides no resistance and ride quality has gone crappy. already shown twice and no positive response. they just do service and ask me to get it examined every 5k. bike has done 15K.

can this be fixed from outside shop or whole shocker need to be replaced and can be done only at ASS?
That's what he is. ASS guy. The seal on the rod has worn out, so it's leaking. For getting a leak at the bottom, you have to crack the metal.

Replacing is the best thing. You don't wanna repair a monoshock. For a shock absorber pair, well, repair is an option.

I think the mrfs will fit your budget, both front and rear. For rear go for mrf revs 130/70(R15 v2's tyre)and for front, go for mrf zapper fy 100/80(fz).

Sticking to the stock size gives you the best of all the factors you mentioned above. Its ok to upgrade to 140 but 160 is a big no! A bigger tyre doesn't mean it will provide you better balance and braking

Yeah bro mine also gets slower gradually but its only by 1-2 mins so I don't consider it as much of problem. If your clock gets slower by 5-6 mins then it could be a problem. A loose connection may be.

Street is way better. But you will have to stretch your budget

                                Replace your biike battery asap.

Mine had this issue for months. Ignored it and rode.. after 4 months, the self start stopped working.

On giving to svc, they said all good with selfstart motor. need to replace battery.
Since Our bike is non kicker, replace the battery asap.

After the battery change the clock always shows exact set time.. and updates perfectly.
