congo boss
congo boss.......and who is biswajit????and I think the model is pulsar200 ns not shibadipOriginally posted by Shibadip View PostAfter all the hue and cry, due to the long and saturated period of remaining bikeless, FINALLYYYYYY I got my NS yesterday evening.
Beware guys, coz a verrryyyyy long Ownership experience will be up by evening. Till then enjoy another teaser

BTW, Biswajit is the name of the dealer....
Short update No doubt on the long list of positive features of the bike, but I'm having some trouble adjusting my riding style with the bike.. however was too exited last night to make some sensible adjustments. Will try it today, and then will add it to the report. Also since I did'nt opted for teflon coating/ other polishing, so a nice bathing and polishing session is due toady..
Have lots to share and ask.... But my mind is constantly dancing on Salman's DINKACHIKA track

Thanks dip for ur Wish. I found the writing on that paper funny too...But thats IndiaOriginally posted by dipxmebh View PostREAR side panel colour goin off...as i keep one helmet tied with the grab rails....i used to keep my helmet @similar place on apache but the color nevar faded......the colour coating is very poor in that respect
Abt the colour fading off... It was there in my P150 as well. That's y I once suggested u not to keep ur Helmet or anything on the tank. That too will make the colour fade away. ANd NEVER make any little boy or girl, sit on the tank.. It for certain will take off the shine permnentlysigpicRelationships change, evolve, and it goes deep.

you will need a chain cleaner spray and chain lube spray .. brands such as tvs,oks,motul,3M etc ..Originally posted by sagar_phoenix View PostThanks for replying
can you please tell me Which oil should I use for lubrication and how to do it?
first you need to spray the chain cleaner evenly on the chain by rotating the wheel ..
then wipe it off with cloth ..
finally spray the chain lube evenly from the center part of the chain by rotating the wheel..
do it whenever you see the chain going dry ...
need to do it more frequently during monsoons ..
problems which arise if the chain is not maintained and lubed well -
-- loss of acceleration
-- bad mileage
-- hard gear shifts
-- annoying sound
-- both front and rear sprockets will be ruined quickly
-- more stress on engine , clutch and gearbox ..

Here's the address :
3, Shambhu Dayal Bagh, Near Annapurna Furniture, Opposite Modi Flour Mill, Okhla Ind. Area Phase -3.
Ninja, Duke, NS they service em all at the first floor and the rest of bajaj bikes are serviced on the ground floor.
011 - 46658000 is their number, call them and take an appointment a day before, will save you from waiting.
Do keep in mind that they will charge around Rs. 730 for an oil change and that too the Bajaj DTSI oil. They sell it for about Rs. 650/litre. Maybe you can take your own oil but I am not sure if they will allow that. Stay away from the Teflon Coat and Supplementary oil thing, just say NO.

Your desire to own this bike was intense.
I thought you have named your bike Bishvajit after that veteran Bengali actor(I remember you said you will name your bike)
Do post your review by night, by the way you are so exited that you have started using sms lingo. My favourite thing is to go where I have never gone.

And let the engine idle for atleast a minute before taking it out. If this doesn't work, it means that your Afr is tuned to leanest.Originally posted by Shibadip View PostI am having the same problem buddy. Will tell more abt it on my review this evening.
