I read a lot of posts and seems most of the reputed products are good (Collinite, Mothers, Meguires, waxpol, turtle, 3M, formula 1 etc). Its just people have personal experiences so one recommends one brand the other recommends other. Its rather difficult to say which is best as every brand has "loyal" users swearing their quality.

I haven't decided yet. imported products are good-no doubt, but you should be able to get genuine stuff. Many fakes are there in market. So the choice is reduced by which genuine stuff you can get easily.

Wax polish is best, is what everyone says. So that's fixed.

So far I think Collinite 845 liquid insulator wax as the best one. But it costs around 1000 bucks. Less efforts to apply, can be applied on almost any surface, lasts longer than hard wax polishes.

Other option is cheaper 3M/Waxpol/turtle wax. I am confused.

I do think that its not only the polish but overall general care that makes the paint last longer.

FYI: I found this on the "bike polish" thread regarding Teflon coating myth.

Two roads diverged in a wood, and I--
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference...

    • Bajaj----King of higher cc Motorcycle segment

This is now confirmed that a definite 375cc engine is on the cards as confirmed by Mr Rajiv Bajaj. and is all the more satisfying to hear that he wants to bring motorcycle revolution once again to our country by launching a twin cylinder Motorcycle...

Exciting times ahead for sure. Read the whole story below.

Did anyone figure out where the AFR screw is? I know where is idling screw is.

Need to re-tune badly. I am getting 30 km/l now after service.

Hi dareign, I am also getting that rattling noise exactly from that area, I have done 120 km, a mechanic who rode my bike also pointed out(I didn't went to him with this issue) this issue, he asked me to fill more petrol and see(my bike hardly had any petrol at that time), he said this rattling noise might be coming from fuel gauge due to lesser fuel, I filled 200 rs. fuel...but still the rattling noise is there,. do something and do tell me how to get rid of this., don't forget.

Don't know abt the Handle, but check for loose screws fixing the speedo with allen screw driver. Though my Destiny is not Vibrating anywhere, but my friwnd showed me that the Speedo cover is fixed loosely on HER, and it will vibrate at high speeds.

                • Checked the mileage twice in only city condition and it came out to be 38 and 41, took a sigh of relief....BTW i am also having that problem of revving a little more to make bike moving from stand still in 1st gear(in warm engine) or it stalls, i guess all of us are having that.

                    • Does 200NS have a rev limiter (Like in Duke, during run in)?
Riding is not about destinations, it's about journeys.

Same problem here! But I have to say, it got better once the bike was used a little... ie... after some kilometers.

Yes I have the same noise. It kicks in some where between 4000-5000 rpm.

One more question, do you here any sound when using the front break. The sound is not from the disc, but some where from the break oil.

I guess it does, somewhere around 10.5k , and i think it's not restricted only to run-in period.

I have requested a new thread on this in the Help me section. It's awaiting Mod's approval. Keep looking at that thread.

BTW, while riding my DESTINY for the 2nd day today, the engine didn't die even once, but I intentionally kept the RPM a little higher, while moving the bike in the 1st gear.

Would like to know from the Owners, Whats the lowest speed u all can do in the 2nd and 3rd gear without lugging the engine????

Thank you guys for the reply.. My bike has that noise even when the tank is full and i have checked the screws and everything is intact.. and the noice is audible specially in idling and not in high speeds.
Otherwise how are the experiences with NS - anybody from namma bengalooru ??

Yes it does have rev limiter.. it blinks once the Rpm reaches 10000. The amber light is actually a reserve/rev indicator light. Hope this help
