Pulsar 200 NS Owners Review and Experiences

    Mileage

    I checked my mileage today....Reserve to reserve method.....

    Average speed was 50kmph.... 70%highway and rest city ride!


    I filled Reliance Petrol...It is the best available in my place...


    I got 45kmpl mileage... and I am very very happy with the figure!!

    I used to get only 40+ on my old RX100... I am loving my NS eventhough I still miss my twostroke powerhouse!!






    I clocked 470km on odo today. Will take the bike for first service tomorrow,..
    Its not the speed.....it is all about the skill !!!!

      Yes.. I have ridden the bike for about 200 kms after the first service and today i can hear a sound from the front fork while using the brake.. Planning to get it checked once am free.. Plz let me know if there are any solutions or suggestions.

          no its fixed at 10.8k rpm..and its non-adjustable... Even the duke have a limiter at 10.5k and cannot be changed... Lev limiter is fixed on both...

              TAXES INCREASED IN KOLKATA
              Now costing 1.07 lakhs... Damn pissed.. Why the hell did the govt increse tax where we dont even have proper roads... Feeling like burning writers building down... :/ :/ huh!!!!!! :/

                    Bro.. U can go even upto a speed of 80.. jus make sure you do not cross 5000 rpm.- Until the running in though

                          there was 1 video in which it showed ns reaching 151kmph and in that one guy commented it can reach 151kmph but to satisfy government norms it is written as 136kmph, but that's hard to believe since the Tyre of ns can with stand a maximum of 150kmph

                            Yes you can. Take her upto 60. After first service, take upto 70-75. And some lil bursts for short times.

                            I think there is no such that calculations. The fuel meter is just a rough idea how much fuel is in the tank. Not accurate, kinda 2 bars = x liters...

                              thats the sound from the cone set ... get it tightened .. get the cone set replaced if the sound is there even after it is tightened .. new cone set would cost around 300rs ..

                              looks like kolkata wanted to overtake bangalore in road tax ... 1.01 lakh in Bangalore and 1.07lks in kolkata .... didnt your dealer warn you about the rising road tax ?
                              bought my duke for 1.41lks on 23rd and the price was increased to 1.44lks on 25th .. god saved me
