Unless you are too skinny you are good to go. Handling won't create any problem, only thing you need too consider ( if you really bother) is how you look on this bike. Take someone with you to the showroom to help you decide.
    I am loving my NS

heard that the tyre hugger has got some metal from inside .. is it heavy ?
i want to make the bike lighter
I did try to reduce weight on my P150 for a month or so. Removed the tank cover, saree guard and tyre hugger. Changes noticed - removing tank cover made it too naked, didn't like that, so put it back. Noticeable changes after removing tyre hugger - the tyre looks damn cool with my green rim tapes on the black P150. Removing saree guard gave enhanced feel of the suspension, cornering was better, no THUD sound. Made the bike look, ummm, MEATIER!!

Yup, I had a ride on P220 and was OK with it. Too much weight on the front after jumping from my P150. I guess I have to wait for the test ride or P200FS. More of a fan of a fairing.

Deliveries can be expected by July end, if not August for sure. We are all growing impatient.

                      @satadel payeng

bro read your amazing review!!! i have some questions though can you please clarify???

how does a triple spark from BAL be good and efficient than Japanese (Honda,Yamaha bikes) with single spark

does that mean P200NS is the best technology avalable today and japanese are selling us outdated technology????????

I doubt the guys at Popular knows anything. They have been giving speculative answers. But I really hope you are right!

I would suggest you to just totally forget that the bike had 3 spark plugs and keep enjoying the ride instead. The only time you need to remember that the bike does in fact have 3 spark plugs is when changing them at the SVC every 10k (as per manual?) km. As an end user, what you should be concerned about is everything works, and works well and not how it is done(That bit is the SVCs headache). We don't see Duke owners confused about the benefits of an extra cam-shaft as long as the bike is fun to ride and returns acceptable FE.

Isn't that what usually happens? Look at cars for example,

                          1. the 1.8 liter petrol engines inside the Toyota Corolla Altis and Honda Civic produces 13x bhp, by comparison, the 1.8 liter petrol engine inside the similarly priced (European) Skoda Laura produces 160 with greater refinement and FE.
                          2. The 2.5 liter Common Rail Diesel engine inside the Toyota Innova produces 108 horses, by comparison, the 2.2 liter Common Rail Diesel(Developed with help from AVL, Austria) inside (cheaper) Xylo and Scorpio pumps 120 horses alongwith better FE and refinement.

The last time a Japanese company won the International engine of the year award was all the way back in 2004. The last 2 years have been clean sweeps by the EU companies.

It is always the Europeans which bring breakthrough technologies for exemplary efficiency to the mass market due to their extremely strict regulations. Something similar has happened to the Pulsar too due to the Austrian influence.

Advice is a form of nostalgia.
Dispensing it is a way of fishing the past from the disposal, wiping it off, painting over the ugly parts and recycling it for more than it's worth.

According to Bajaj, “Three spark plugs provide unprecedented performance and efficiency – Fast and optimal combustion at part load conditions results in better fuel efficiency and ensures lower emissions. The high performance triple spark engine controlled by an advanced Electronic Control Unit (ECU), is the technology of the future.”

I did some research into this when the news came out. The Triple Spark Plug technology, is the successor of the DTSi (Digital Twin Spark Ignition). Along with the Bajaj's 4 valve technology helps in complete and efficient fuel combustion. ECU controls how the sparks are fired at different RPM and engine load conditions.

Moreover Honda and Yamaha Race inspired bikes are not that efficient. Its built for power first and efficiency second.

thanks for pointing it out i meant 3 spark plugs.

the basic question was "is triple spark plug technology in 200NS engine better than single spark provided by yamaha/honda?

how much ps/hp does it increase as compared to others (read single sparkplug engine) ? why?

Anant as you mentioned the service interval of 10K for triple spark plug the same stands for single spark plug service too?

even the pulsar 135LS owner dont know the benefits of extra cam shaft over 125cc discover ST which was just launched?

ohh u seem to be on team bhp too
AFAIK most of the inventions breakthroughs in engg came from europe read germans/italians/british/F1/aircrafts engg/racing and to some extent from americans u see we are just perfecting the technology we are using since last 50 years which was developed after WWII.
we havent developed anything new except the introduction of rotary engine on mazda which was again inspired from aircraft engg..
sorry to say i dont understand cages (read 4 wheelers) can u compare 2 wheelers for me
