Thank you for your support, i really appreciate that but for now i am using Karizma's chain set on my pulsar (with some minor mods) and its giving me a real good experience but still i want to increase the start up and for that i need a bigger chain set then karizma's stock one. As what your image shows that u're using 52T sprocket on your bike, i thought it would be really very stuff to use. Can you please suggest me a place where i can find this 52T sprocket set

Re: World of Sprockets!
You can get them in most automotive parts dealers. But make sure you ask them for the same.Originally posted by pradeepsingh1 View PostThank you for your support, i really appreciate that but for now i am using Karizma's chain set on my pulsar (with some minor mods) and its giving me a real good experience but still i want to increase the start up and for that i need a bigger chain set then karizma's stock one. Advice and suggestions on Sprocketing
Hello Everyone,
As a newbie on this floor, i have a question.
I own Bajaj Pulsar (Model: 2006) with a 6 Hole rear sprocket. My question is that i want to upgrade the same set with 52T sprocket.
For now i am using Karizma's Chain Set on my bike and the acceleration is heart Throbbing. For now i have tried a lot to find a bigger sprocket but unfortunately i couldn't find it so Please suggest me where i can find a chain set with 50T or above rear sprocket in India and what all changes are to be made while installing it.
Awaiting a positive reply on the same

Re: World of Sprockets!
You specifically need to go for dealers having "imported parts" only. No dealer who sells only Indian stuff, will be able to help you.Originally posted by pradeepsingh1 View PostI have tried a lot to find the same in Delhi but for now no dealer has any knowledge regarding 52T sprocket. Or you can go 43 teeth from the Duke 200.---

I got a online website too.
Selling the rear 52T sprocket for just 28$ but + 30$ shipping (So that was the problem)
Now the fixing part :
Trying havign a look @ Ninja 650's Rear Sprocket.
Man its huge and just 46T. So 52T gonna be massive.
And It won't fit in Pulsar 220.
Duke's sprocket Is a easy one (Without any change).
And adding a big size gonna affect the engine (Yep, thats the sad news I found after nights of search on google
)

Re: World of Sprockets!
Duke and Karizma sprockets are the sweet spot for most bikes. Dedicated after components resellers/ modders have all sizes of sprockets with them. But hey no one even cares to under or overgearw their bike, call it lazy commuter.Originally posted by pradeepsingh1 View PostEngine is Merely affected with sprocket size until its properly tuned. For now i would definitely try working on Duke's Sprocket
Keep us posted all the way.

Re: World of Sprockets!
I tried I don't think 52T would be a fit for Pulsar :/
The size is too damn big.
46-48T might work. But it's gonna cost near 3.5k for only Rear Sprocket (no chain and front sprocket).
So seems high. :/
And with such 46-48T I guess we have to find a 12-13T front sprocket too and then a chain for that length.
Plus, the Decrease in Bike's top would be Major.

No bro. The quality would be good too.
Those guys make sprocket for a Stunting group too. So colorful, imprints are also done by them only.
By the way, how about getting a Sprocket of big size but no holes.
I guess getting holes by a local shop would be cheap and easy too ?
After measuring it with 220's old sprocket.

I think it's a little contradicting here. You've posted just above that bigger sprockets are way big for our bike and now you want to add a bigger sprocket eh! Tell you what, sprockets by the way, there is lots to it Sird. Just make sure you don't overgear/undergear way too much, as it's really detrimental for the ultimatum, the ENGINE.
Cheers!
