Take a look at the RJays cover from Bachoo Motors. A good quality cover with cotton lining inside to prevent scratches and 100% water proof. Also not very expensive.

Hey thanks for the input, I've everything in its place, except for the tank-pad, which I'm gonna pick up from Performance Racing Store, the clear tank-pad from Keiti
Got the frame sliders from Bacchoo, paid 5600/- for it. Have a Sparx helmet, DSG jacket, Cramster gloves and the pants are on their way as we speak

I guess Arun was commenting on the cover being provided by Kawasaki as standard accessory. One would never imagine that their quality would be so bad that it has started disintegrating so fast.

Had been on a leisure ride on Saturday covering almost 300 kms. Since I am in the running in phase I didn't exceed 65 kph however on 2 occasions I touched 101 kph and 102 kph to overtake cars but immediately slowed down to 60 kph! (Maybe I'm being extra careful) The motorcycle rides like a dream and is so smooth not even a hint of vibrations felt

One thing to note is that after riding for a couple of hours your ass is going to hurt and hurt real bad - courtesy the hard seat. When I finally returned home and went to bed I realized my ass and my back was hurting...and hurting a lot, now I am seeking remedy using Relispray

But all in all the motorcycle is amazing and the amount of satisfaction you get is second to none...I wish the seats were a bit better though!

Did you consider putting gel seat inserts in the seat because i am seriously contemplating the same. Plan to find a good seat cover maker and getting the needful done.

Started my month long holidays today. As nothing specific was planned for the day decided on an early morning spin to a close by location. Actually wanted to take the bike on a spin on the twisties and check the cornering capabilities. Started at around 0530 in the morning, fortunately the weather gods were really kind and the experiance riding early in the morning was heaven.
