    The not so good part:
    1. Seats are comfortable only for short rides as it is really hard. I ordered REdline+ gel seat for rider hoping it will solve this problem.
    3. Bought a wind shield for 2.3k as I was experiencing wind blast even at 100kmph.

Congratulations on your new bike... Have a thousands of miles on your d390.

My question on seats and wind blast. How much did it cost for both of them?
Could you please attach a pics of both of them?
Did you buy for pillion seat as well?
    Thanks,

I'd suggest not to get service done here either, the manager is a complete crook.

Anyways, congrats on the new bike
I will definitely not get the bike serviced here until unless other KTM service center refuses to accept the free service coupon from the manual. Can anyone confirm on this? I know about TVS, Bajaj, etc that you can get serviced from any service center. Heard that its not the same with KTM and need to go where I bought the bike for availing free coupon. Is this true?

Thanks! Seat was 2.5K plus shipping (SofaRider™ Gel Seat Cover for KTM Duke 200, 390 (Rider seat)). Windshield was 2.3K plus 300Rs for plug screws. The seats are made to order and I am expecting to get it by end of next week. I bought the rider seat. I rarely ride pillion so didn't buy.

Came back from a ride today. Road were in bad shape. Ktm being hard on suspensions, bike bumps alot. Due to which few drops of coolant spilled out. I feel cap gets loose due to vibrations.

P.S I am using aftermarket bling cap, which does not have a seal ring inside. May be that is the reason coolant come out. Any jugaad to this ? Like applying some mild sealant on the thread and then tight it. This will make sure cap is tight and coolant also wont spill out from the thead gaps.
Coolant isn't harmful for paint, BUT brake fluids are. If you are talking about the coolant reservoir cap, then yes, you can use some clear silicone sealant inside the threads to prevent the thread from undoing. But I'd always stick to stock plastic cap, it offers a snug fit.

            Cheers!

Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?'
            The girl said, 'NO!'

And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.

            THE END

              Thanks for quick reply mate.
Can you name any specific product or brand which I can get easily.

Also had any query about injector cleaner/fuel system cleaner.
Have heard the below two brands but do they actually do the job ?
              STP & ABRO.

Has anyone use these in their bikes ?

P.s I dnt need petrol octane booster or any other petrol additives which improves power. I am looking for injector cleaner.
Not only Great power comes with great responsibility but also with Great RISK !!! Referring to SBKs...

Abro fuel injector cleaner - used: but i cant say if it 'cleaned' up anything.. because to know that one would have to do a flow test and compare before and after reading. I still have more than half the bottle lying around. I'll just use it at every 5000km just because I don't want to throw it away.

What i'd recommend though is regular (say every other tankful) use of Iftex system G (Or Adon P). I've noticed that these two make the a slight improvement in the way the bike rides and they have been know to reduce deposits on the injectors and intake valves. I know a bunch of people who are happy using this without any issues.
Make sure you use it in the recommended dosage.

Mine is a d200 and has done close to 19000km is 1yr4months, and these additives seem to do no harm from what i have heard and experienced from other fellow bikers as well.

I did try and add these additives to a bit of petrol+a few drops of water in a small clear bottle (empty mouthwash bottle).. what i noticed is that these additives made the water and fuel to 'mix' and not be separate. So i assume its a good thing.. because water in fuel in bad and also considering some of the fuel sold here has around 10% ethanol (which is known to cause phase separation)

Thanks for the information. Do you have any information on what has been changed in D200 2016 edition?

Also can you list out the specific changes made in D390 2016 edition? There are so many posts about the changes but nobody has clear view and also it is cluttered with the other models.

                  Thanks,

Also you should have asked them to change the sticker right then and there before taking the delivery.
