Fat and wide rears = excellent !!
Tall gearing = long legs ,once again perfect for long rides !!
If you had used, narrow waist and long black hair....... it would have completed the picture of the 'Ride' ? perhaps??

The bike's a top-end biased machine, see the bhp and torque curves,if you ride a fiero which has a RTR head/cam,you'll notice that it jumps around a lot on initial revs. Were as a stock fiero cam doesn't make it jump around on release of clutch.Originally posted by abhilashabhi12 View PostToo good.. can't stop Laughing
Well fact of the matter was or Is, I was so accustomed to Revvy nature of CBZ & I found Fiero's Initial torque to be too much to handle & I felt bike to be lazy as it gets.. so next thing I did is put a 1 tooth bigger GB sprocket & already my gearing was little taller with 100/90 tyre & it became more now & I simply M lovin it
With 14t & 100/90 tyre, I found 80,85kmph Cruising is just like walk in park, while I dont know if it still is with stock set up
Your bike is running super lean, that's why it is lazy in the top-end.
The wider the tyre, better the grip is a total misconception, what a wider tyre does is :-
1. Increase the rolling resistance.
2. Increase in weight.
3. With only marginal increase in making it taller.Depending on inflation, tyre wall strength etc.
Your bike will loose top-end as well as a drop in performance all over the rev range.
With heavier wheel, the above mentioned things will be multiplied.
Try riding a fiero with stock wheel and tyres, you'd think it's on steroids compared to a CBZ classic.Life begins, once you hit the power band !!

I was wondering what size tyre are you running ?Originally posted by gixxer_junkie_m View PostThe bike's a top-end biased machine, see the bhp and torque curves,if you ride a fiero which has a RTR head/cam,you'll notice that it jumps around a lot on initial revs. Were as a stock fiero cam doesn't make it jump around on release of clutch.

Guys
I am contemplating on using W50 Grade oil in my fiero, I had used W50 for most part of the last 3 yrs on my CBZ & I simply loved the thicker grade oil in that & wish to know what are the pros & cons of using the W50 in the Fiero.
Specifically saying I want to use Motul 15w50sigpicAll India Permit 1+1

You have to go for w50!! With your riding style and engine running super lean.Especially in our congested traffic conditions it's w50 all the way.

I've seen you plenty of times on my rear view mirror and i can guess from the acceleration how heavy you are on the throttle in short bursts
Then again, the spark plug says the same too
Get the CO tuning done and i will stop bugging you about it.
