1. Yamaha YBX,Gladiator
2. CBZ classic
3. Pulsar all generations including the 17 inch wheel ones CT100(cheapest),Calibber.

ok... that means even you have removed it?? it vibrates like hell yaar.. thats y i was thinking of removing it.... but if i do remove it, the underneath of the tank i.e if you see it from the front will be easily visible!!

He is back to square one & His tuning is messed up & his carb is falling out of place problem again come back

Yes I am aware of the mech doing a wrong tune up, and how even with the original carb he got a back fire which blew his carb away....but knowing Gixxer's tenacity and ability it must have been fixed same day...which is why I was wondering what he was upto...

Finally got my bike back on last Thursday. The repair cost me a lil over 5k.

Lots of parts changed thanks to my ex-mech who was fleecing me all this time.

The bike is super smooth now. Feels brand new and is smooth as butter. I went for a short ride yesterday morning within the city and she feels so powerful right from the initial revv's but since the engine is being run-in i am careful not to rip her.

The bike is so smooth and i can barely hear it in idle. The engine starts with just a soft action of the kick starter. Also the clutch is so smooth and the wheels are so free that the bike just keeps coasting down the slightest slope.

My ex-mech had not changed the clutch cable and it used to be so hard earlier. The chain was never greased or lubed and the bike would slow down when i let go of the throttle.

Its now as good as new. Just needs a new battery which she'll get today.

Not just repairs the full service was also done. I'm so happy now

Like Abhi has said,it's back to square one.
You're right about being busy with her ,her mood isn't too good these days and it's obvious she want's a better carb.She blows the carb right off the manifold if i give her throttle while firing her up. This can happen anywhere ,not just in the privy of home and that's the problem.
The mech while trying out the carbs he had ,he messed up the CO machine tune on the stock carb as well.So now the carb is getting blown clean off the manifold with a loud 'bang!!' like putting a dabba on top of a deepawali atom bomb. (she's a sex BOMB like Rathi ,with higher compression/passion?)It has happened at signal lights and other places too,imagine fixing the carb in mid day sun with formals on!! or it happening when in a hurry!!
So,now i have once again paid a advance of 1k to ZEN to get me the p220 carb for 1.5k.Yes it's back to square one once again,as it's been like a week now and there's no sign of the carb yet.

I am going for the biggest carb,to be on the safer side,because i don't want to end up choking her on higher revs,when the whole purpose of all these modifications is to make her scream like a porn star.

If ZEN can't get one, then buying it from the bajaj showroom for 2.9k is the last resort,because i want to put a bigger bend pipe as well and was planning on buying a new Bieffe lid with the money saved.

More importantly what you've done is give ideas to Abhi ,which is never a good thing.He'll be thinking of removing the tank scoops,in the hope that it will reduce weight of the bike and reduce the aerodynamic drag as well !!!! So that it improves the mileage !! He's a walking contradiction!! On the one hand he wants to put the fattest balloon tyre and the heaviest wheel available on his bike's rear.Then next,he'll make the gearing tall to compensate it ,what it does is ,with such a heavy wheel and fat tyre at the rear combined with tall gearing,his bike needs to be in the first 2 gears to pull anything!! So he ends up revving the nuts off the bike!! and then complains about poor mileage
