Check the ZMA on the website. Also, the display bike had one. The dealer/ASC guy said it would fit ZMR too.Originally posted by rreneav1987 View PostI dont think the Karizma comes with the hugger as well.. or does it?? If it does, then why dont they give it with ZMRsGot a $5 head? Get a $5 helmet.

Re: Hero Karizma ZMR (2014 version)
The one that was displayed in the showroom where I had a TR of ZMR didn't have the tire hugger... that's why this confusion and of course, the ZMA-R hugger should fit the ZMR.. iOriginally posted by Divya Sharan View PostCheck the ZMA on the website. Coming to the mudguard part, i asked one of the dealers in bangalore and they say there is nothing like that for both the karizmas.. I was lik
If someone could try checking in their respective cities, it would be really great and the doubt would be cleared..ZMR- PGMFI re-defined

Re: Hero Karizma ZMR (2014 version)
there is definitely one,you can check at the rear end of the swingarm near the rear Tyre, there is a fitting present that is there for the rear tyre hugger, apart from that initial pics on the internet also showed the bike with hugger too.Originally posted by srikanth kvnap View PostMy ASC guy said "not in stock" , same for prateek too.so, there must be such a product

Unbiased Review I must say. A Lil bit correction there, both highbeam n lowbeam cant be turned on at same time on Pulsar 220 too.Originally posted by Prateekjayant View PostKarzima zmr 2014 review

Fuel efficiency
When you purchase a bike with>200cc displacement ,you are not the one to be bothered about milege.but it is surprising that this bike is giving me 37-40kmpl.it is very good figure for a bike of this displacement.i have not taken the bike for long highway journeys yet but I can safely assume that the figures can easily turn around to 50kmpl.
Pros-Looks, refined engine, build quality, handling
Cons-no projector lamp ,little vibration at low RPM ,side plate on muffler gets loosened, no engine kill switch
The bike retails in Delhi for Rs114,210 on road price, and is very aggressively priced though it is equipped with the fuel injection system ,the bike severely lack some basic features like engine kill switch, and also ,had it been given a projector lamp it would be awesome and satisfying. Still in overall deal this is a pretty decent and justified purchase specially with a nice fuel economy, one can definitely buy this bike over R15 and cbr150r that have much lower displacement engine and plasticky bodies whereas this one has the right amount of bulk and rigidity to it which looks heavy and assuring.so here it is guys, my full review of the new zmr..now let me clear it up, for actually whom this bike is for, well the answer is anyone who wants a a good responsive machine with high displacement and good ergonomics and also is a an adrenaline junkie ,this bike will suit you well. it is made and tailored especially for that true wanderer inside us and will just urge you to give a little more throttle.Always game!

Re: Hero Karizma ZMR (2014 version)
This is my first post on xBhp, plz spare me
Prateek nice review.
Back in last year's Diwali my friend accidentally send me the pics of zmr and r launched in dubai, and i liked the bike but not that much seeing in my mobile, however never thought of it again, in June while I was coming home from college from my mom's scooty
, I saw the new zmr and it was like wooooooooow my mouth remaind opened for more than 5 seconds I guess, the bike really surprised me, that day I Googled it and read the motorbeam review but it was first ride and not the serviced bike review but it again disappointed my views on zmr cause of vibes but in looks I gave her every stars I had at that time but only looks can't be considered when you plan for a lakh bike, sure its mini ebr, performance is also essential and it has but the old zmr had heating issues. However your review and the later conversation cleared the doubts of vibes and other stuff of zmr which I had in my mind, it also inspired me to join this community.
I have booked zmr in red but red is unavailable in our area, there are ample of black and white zmr in the authorized showroom but red was only one which was in display, hope i'm the first person in my town to get the red one, my demand is by the end of this month also planning to get the number of my bike related to delivery date, the dealer said that he will stock it 2 days before the deadline. Hope he does it. God plz.
I have one more doubt, it is the fuel injection one,
Is it true that low fuel in tank will damage the fi pump? If so then how much should I fill the minimum litres of fuel in the tank? I don't want to get the 15000 blow
Waiting for my hero karizma zmr 2014 :

Congrats on your booking.. you will never be disappointed with the bike.. no doubt the bike is a head turner.. but til now, i havent seen a single ZMR in Noida or Ghaziabad.
Yes, the old generation ZMRs had heating issues only in city bumper to bumper traffic..
It is always recommended to have 3ltrs of fuel in the tank to avoid the Fuel Pump to go kaput. So the second you see that fuel gauge blink, fill in some fuel... it is in general for every FI bikes and not only ZMR..
All the best for your new purchase and imvest on proper safety gears.. especially a proper Head gear..
Ride safe and Fly Low.
Cheers,

Re: Hero Karizma ZMR (2014 version)
Thanks reneav for the good reply. The later conversation in which u gave reply was also informative. Credit not only goes to pratik but also u and the other guys.
I leave at the outskirts of mumbai in a village from metropolitan vasai-virar, have good roads but not too good
. I should be carefull especially the late rainy season cause the roads get too damaged at this time.
You said that I should get proper equipped with gears, I mean I know that helmet is one of it but what are the others? And which companies product is reliable and which fits the budget? Mine is 5000 max for all gears is all I can manage right now. , should I increase my budget for the proper gears , if so how much?
