I leave at the outskirts of mumbai in a village from metropolitan vasai-virar, have good roads but not too good . I should be carefull especially the late rainy season cause the roads get too damaged at this time.

Back in last year's Diwali my friend accidentally send me the pics of zmr and r launched in dubai, and i liked the bike but not that much seeing in my mobile, however never thought of it again, in June while I was coming home from college from my mom's scooty , I saw the new zmr and it was like wooooooooow my mouth remaind opened for more than 5 seconds I guess, the bike really surprised me, that day I Googled it and read the motorbeam review but it was first ride and not the serviced bike review but it again disappointed my views on zmr cause of vibes but in looks I gave her every stars I had at that time but only looks can't be considered when you plan for a lakh bike, sure its mini ebr, performance is also essential and it has but the old zmr had heating issues. However your review and the later conversation cleared the doubts of vibes and other stuff of zmr which I had in my mind, it also inspired me to join this community.

I have booked zmr in red but red is unavailable in our area, there are ample of black and white zmr in the authorized showroom but red was only one which was in display, hope i'm the first person in my town to get the red one, my demand is by the end of this month also planning to get the number of my bike related to delivery date, the dealer said that he will stock it 2 days before the deadline. Hope he does it. God plz.

I have one more doubt, it is the fuel injection one,
Is it true that low fuel in tank will damage the fi pump? If so then how much should I fill the minimum litres of fuel in the tank? I don't want to get the 15000 blow

Owning the ZMR is like being a celebrity cause the bike is surely a center of attraction People like to see what's new to their eyes, and the zmr is getting young new and bold day by day but in their act(people's) they sometimes create a disturbance to others privacy, and in their silly acts they also damage someone's property knowingly or unknowingly, god I hate it, if someone does to my bike will burn his bike with the petrol of my bike surely, m just kidding, but I will sue him. As ur bike was a center of attraction in the area, people wanted to touch the monument and feel the experience which u get everyday. If this act happened in u.s.a. you would have sued someone preety badly that he would think 10 times before touching someone's property, but it is india and edhar thodi mafi chalegi kyuki hum dildar hai

After hearing this I have to take extra protection of my rear cause I think that guy must have thought the rear strength are just like cb trigger which r hard to break. There r people in our locality/village who may think so cause of the brand of hero honda in their mind.

One fine morning I saw two teenagers from a near by school standing(just that) beside my bike and adoring it INSIDE MY APPARTMENTS(We have been allotted the parking slots right beside the entrance, so people can see my bike just by peeping in). I just made the morning of these kids and my watchmen very good that day and requested a change of slot from our coordinator (approval pending)

PS: I was mentioning just about one of the two yellow indicators not not the whole rear part (in case u mis-understood). I have heard/read(not tried of course) that the rear section is very firm and you can actually sit on it without damaging it.

The bike is not just a big head turner but a unnecessary attention gainer. I got my share of bruises already @Divya Sharan Bhai. This sunday I parked my vehicle at a tourist site (Qutub Shahi Tombs) and stood at a distance with my fellow photography club members to give instructions. I had to go to my bike every 2 mins to stop some one sitting on my bike/ twisting the accelerator, adjusting the mirror. Even kids won't avoid sitting on it. And the big thing - one of the guy whom I told not to sit came back and hard pulled the rear indicator when I went inside the site(as told to me my some old fellow sitting at the gate) . As per ur and one of my frnd's VALUABLE advice - USED FEVIQUICK and the world goes back to work again

I once shooed away one boy who was trying to sit on my bike and immediately his parents were seriously offended. His father saying things like, let's note down this guy's vehicle number...
The problem is both with boys as well as grown up men. They are the harassers. Bike is usually safe around women.

Keep the bike covered whenever possible.

The old ZMR is still a serious eye catcher. Today at the petrol bunk I was asked if it was an imported bike

One boy plugged my bike's wire last year, though it's not a ZMR but what i did in return was called his parents, gave them an hour long lecture and when his father started to argue I simply called Police. Best way is to install Antitheft alarm, at least it can shoo away the odds.
