Great start... how is the tire performance especially in slush/ wet surface has anyone tried testing the ZMR 2.0 in slush surface?

Neverthless, lovely pics there, but the bike would have looked better with the rear-view mirrors open. Now, It looks like a Doberman's head.
As everyone suggested, please use the rear-view mirrors do not fold them, especially not on Highways.
And now your next advancement need to be riding gears, get em soon!
Even I mistook it for a higher capacity bike as it was looking big and exhaust was also sounding loud and bassy....

Re: Hero Karizma ZMR (2014 version)

Congrats prateek, on your ZMR. good review and expecting updates in the long run. Like you said, ZMR looks best in person. But iam disappointed with the rear seat height from ground. ZMR V1 is good option for those who want to ride with their female partner in good comfort. What's your opinion regarding female pillion comfort on ZMR V2?

Thanks for review, enjoy the new bike and ride safe.

The note is the same til 5000 RPM.. after that the engine roars.. atleast thats how I felt it was. maybe because the engine is new.. but that is what I noticed

None of these V 2.0 Karizma's can beat v 1.0 Karizma in terms of comfort/ pillion touring ability IMO, you throw a wider profile tire and add some more foam/ cushion to old karizma and you are all set, I took TR of ZMR and felt bit sportiest riding position compare to older ZMR, but once you get used to with riding position it would be easy though, however getting used to with riding position and being a comfortable ride it's a major factor.

I felt the same way. But this is because you are used to this comfortable position now. If you didn't own the old ZMR and straight away buy the ZMR 2014, then I don't think you will find much difference, I found the sitting posture to be more like the CBR which are good for touring as well

but for me. I don't think this sitting posture will suit as I am used to riding the Karizma/ZMR for the past 11 years now

                  +1!

I loved the stance on ZMR v2.0.
But that's because I love R15's stance and I'm quite comfortable with it.

As per my analysis riding position of zmr 2014 is right in the middle of old zmr and r15. Soon I'll go for test ride as TD was not available on the day of launch as bikes were not ready but i checked its riding position properly.

Yup.. exactly, the stance is more like of the CBRs.. maybe a little more relaxed.. but definitely not R15's stance..

yeah...its similar to cbr, infact little less sporty than cbr. On the other hand they have maintained that bike feel which is a good thing for zmr fans....

Isn't that the same riding position Pulsar 220 has?
It's a lot like nuts and bolts - if the rider's nuts, the ride - bolts!
