they have rectified the vibration issue in the xtreme sports. hope they do the same in karizmas.

yes, i was quite surprised when he informed me about the launch but still we haven't got any official news. besides he is enjoying the ride very much ( with lots of selfie with mojo

) and he said riding at 150kmph is a piece of cake.

anyhow lets us hope they launch at the speculated date. Expected price : 1.5 lks.

BTW is there a dedicated thread for mojo..??

iam not aware of it.

Guys, I just test rode ZMR (for a friend) and my God the vibrations were very much at 4-5k RPM, I could see my hands becoming hazy. Is this a problem with ZMRs or was the test bike in a knocked out state?

I would like to know from you guys before telling my friend anything.

Well, sadly the newer ZMRs have this issue. It may have been amplified on the TR bike since those are badly ridden or hardly maintained.
But, the smoothness of the yesteryears karizma isn't just there. Ask your friend to wait for a while if he can. Newer karizmas are around the corner.

Even though I read that ZMRs are great touring machines and also Hero's wide service network and reliablity, I did suggest him to go for Gixxer SF. But says he wants something radical (I'd say the ZMR doesn't look all that bad in person).

Yes, karizmas have awesome touring credentials. But I wouldn't want to do long diatances on a vibrator with issues cropping up every now and then. I would still say, wait out for a few months.

We both were waiting for HX, I wasn't able to wait. I'm sure he's tired of waiting too. If there's any ETA of this supposed launch, I'd be grateful to know. It's better than waiting for all eternity (seems like that when waiting for a bike).

No concrete info on that. Diwali is a rough approximation.

Will let him know. Was daydreaming of converting HX250R into an EBR one (stickering, you know :P), I'm sure that I will feel like I could've waited when solid HX news comes out. Oh well.
