Yes Champion is a direct fit but of late it's performance has deteriorated.

I was looking a buying a current gen karizma I seen posts where people have had issues with the 2014-2015 models.. What all are the niggles/issues with the current gen karizma 's

Is it not fully synthetic oil starts leaking from the gaskets after a while ? Or is that for the older karizma

Stock plug is ok but if you still want to upgrade, opt for g power plug from ngk. Model name is DPR8EGP9A.

@Divya Sharan You sure matey? AX5 is mineral .

AX7 and AX7 Ultra are both Semi and FS respectively. So AX5 isn't SS.

You're right. As per the nomenclature, yes AX5 is mineral. But the spec sheet if seen and validated shows that even AX7 is just a highly refined mineral oil and not exactly semi synth. Ax5 and AX7 fare almost the same. While AX5 lasts no longer than 1600-1800 km, AX7 lasts up to 2000-2200 kms in my case.
Hence I rate them as equals.

If you use the correct plug in terms of heat range and clearance (0.8 - 0.9 mm), you wouldn't need a 2000 km change interval. PM me your address, I shall courier you a G Power plug and we'll see if that works for you.

Just got back from the hero showroom the karizma has been discontinued and there will be a new model launched at the auto expo 2016

Actually, he is right.. all new ZMR/ZMA are ready for launch next year.. along with HX250R.. they have looked into all the niggles and fixed each and every issue the bike had.. and yes, they have stopped production of the bike

The Version 2 ZMRs and ZMAs have niggles which are being corrected and after taking feedback from customers, Hero has made some changes to the bike.. They are going to launch the upgraded version of the Karizma twins next year..

So this is the reason I want a bar-end mirror .... and NO BLOOD WAS LOST DURING THE FIGHT ....

Nice, that you got the spark plug!

1. We do not support road rage. You were lucky to have things work in your favor this time.
2. Decide if you want form (looks) or function (usability).
3. Bar end mirrors would extend out as much as stock mirrors, hence not aiding much in B2B traffic.
4. Bar end mirrors won't provide a very good rearward visibility either.
5. How much time do you save by riding zig zag in traffic, cutting through bigger vehicles?

Friend you can't use bar end mirror in new model bcoz front model disturb while turning
