ZMR produces 232 Watts at 5000 RPM courtesy its powerful alternator.
Your bike uses 35W at a time for headlamps. You can easily put a Low beam Projector (35W) and Halonix H7 55W bulbs (from P220) for high beam.

            Hi beam projectors are useless.

I thought Halogen bulbs gives less illumination and throw compared to Xenon's. Thats why i wanted to install them on my bike. Decided to go for projector because i read someone saying it causes disturbance for other riders, so better use it with projector headlamp.

So should i go for 35W xenons for both Hi and Low beams or 35W xenon low beam projector and 55W Halonix (i presume its a Halogen bulb) H7???

How is the throw and illumination of 55W halonix??

Sorry i am asking so many questions, i am kind of new to all these..

Low beam projector with 35w or 55w Xenon.

High beam, 55w Halogen if you use Flash/Pass switch a lot. Else you can use Xenon's but mind you glare will be terrible on on-coming traffic. Projector on high beam is even worse.

Ok, now i get it. Thank you.

I will then go for 35W low beam projector and 55W Halogen for Hi-beam. I hope this set up wont drain my battery.

Also, can you suggest which brand should i go for - Low beam projector 35W xenon?? I presume Halonix will be a good brand as @Divya Sharan suggested them..

I will have to buy both of them online itself as my place wont be having any of these...

Xenon's you can buy from Philips or P8 or Osram -- depending on your budget.

Projector is a gamble as market is flooded with Chinese stuff !! I would suggest to source P220 low beam projector and get it mounted. Not sure on feasibility part.

Yes, you can use. But only concern will be glare & you will be a magnet to cops. [emoji12]

Xenon is good ONLY IF you're willing to spend north of 5000 rupees. Also it's a nuisance without projector. Better get a halogen projector from a used car dealer. Halonix is decent enough in H7 range. Osram nightbreakers are awesome but priced exorbitantly at 2000 a pair.

SO you are saying Xenon 35W projector will cost more than 5K??

Will the ONB mentioned in the link suite my ZMR - Osram H7 Night Breaker Unlimited: Amazon.in: Car & Motorbike
http://www.ebay.in/itm/100-Original-...-/271591009491 ...... Dont know which one is legitimate

Pair of ONB means 1 for hi beam and 1 for low beam....is it like that??
Also, one problem am facing with my ZMR is the screeching sound coming from both breakes even when am not applying them. Is there any way to suppress them??

There are many Chinese kits out there from 1000 rupees onwards. They're crap!
A good kit will cost more than 5000.

The bulbs in the link posted above should be genuine. Avoid eBay while buying headlamps as they're famous for fake products.
For brakes screeching, try a pressure wash and let the system dry by itself.
