What is the logic of keeping only 3 liters?

I do full tank everytime and use it till its almost empty.

If you're checking mileage using Reserve-to-reserve method, this is fine.

The same headlight vinyl job is done in most of the FZ's, I think the owners are so fond of the Duke headlight.

I respect your opinion bro. But everyone around me,my friends who own Duke 200s and even strangers have appreciated the mods. I too like 'em. To each his own ma man. To each his own.

I just copied the faired GSXRs.They have narrower headlights. I love the Dukes too though. My fav. bikes in their respective price ranges.
Another thing,a friend of mine who has owned a 200NS for nearly 2.5 years took a TD. He said its not as powerful, but certainly has more character than his bike. He envies the exhaust note too. So cool.

You see things vacationing on a motorcycle in a way that is completely different from any other. In a car you're always in a compartment, and because you're used to it you don't realize that through that car window everything you see is just more TV. You're a passive observer and it is all moving by you boringly in a frame. ~Robert Pirsig

Any body know what type of oil is filled at the time of delivery?

I feel the engine becomes rough after travelling some 30+ kms its only because of the oil so wanted to know.

why would there be some other oil other than the recommended Motul oil?
And as I had previously mentioned I was not at all satisfied with this oil and changed it to MOBIL 10w40 at 500kms only,But Mobil 10w40 also was not good. Currently I am using HONDA Throttle 10w30 and the engine is getting smoother and smoother..
I did a 60km trip with pillion out of which 15kms were ridden at 100~113kmph and the smoothness never reduced.
May be your gixxer needs more Run-In.

I felt the same after doing a long trip! Adding to that gear not engaging properly during downshifts also showed up. Done 800 kms so far. But I feel the engine has opened up very well in the last 200 kms or so.

Yeah the bike is just 560+ kms old it needs some more kms to open up properly.
But regarding the roughness should blame the oil for sure.

Iam driving below 4.5k rpm as mentioned in the manual but occasional touching 4.5k.

Bro,at least wait until the first service is over. Be patient. This is a bike based on Japanese technology. If these problems persist even after that, then you have all the rights to complain. Even my bike had throttle roughness and low power during running in. Now I smoke bikes on a daily basis.

Trying and keeping it between 3500 to 4500 rpm most of the time! Occasionally might touch 4700 rpm by mistake for a few seconds. When the odo was around 550 kms, touched 80 km/h at 5700 rpm for about 20 seconds. No hard accelerations or de-accelerations.

Riding as mentioned above, gave me 53.95 kmpl mileage reserve to reserve in my first fuel cycle. Except for the hard gear shifts in general and gears not engaging properly after 30+ kms of running continuously, I don't have any other complaints about mine.

Why would anybody change the engine oil during a bike's running in period? Why so much impatience? Wait till its first service. Not all engines manufactured for a model have the same surfaced innards. Not everyone will have a good experience during running in. Some engine parts may be rougher on the inside than others and may feel different compared to other engines. This doesn't mean you keep changing oils. It probably wont change much since the problem lies not in the oil, but the seating of the engine parts. Just wait till your bike's first service is over. Then experience power in the twist of your wrist.

Iam waiting patiently for the 1st service to complete just asking about the oil used at the time of delivery.

So hows ur run in done? have you touched highspeeds during your runin ? what are rpms you had maintained till 1st service.
