Some of the major lows are:-
    1. Smoothness degraded
    2. Pickup degraded
    3. Engine heat problem still persists

Anyone facing same issues n suggestions if any??

I was facing a similar prob. With regards to smoothness. After 2nd service bike was vibing too much in its power and although mileage seemed same if not slightly improved. I knew it was an issue with the carb...sooo...
I took it to the SVC and explained how the bike behaves before/after service and asked him to check the carb.
Almost 30 mins later bike is almost back to original smoothness, and feels very relaxed irrespective of speed. Also perfectly idles at 1k rpm without any vibe(usually a good sign to look for).

As anand and jithin rightly pointed out, the problem must be with your carb. Also check for how the bike idles post-tune.

            Hi Vijay
The choice is in your hands what is ultimately for the benefit of the engine's long life.
I gave a feasible probability that could be the issue.
Hope you find a solution to the issue soon.

I bought my Gixxer on Sept 2014....Even I had the same rusting issue in Handlebar,Front Forks,Disk Brakes and the Exhaust Chrome!......So I started using WD-40 to prevent rusting and it worked very well!...Later I had met with an accident on Dec after that i had to replace the handlebar....but the rusting was not found in the new handlebar till now!...I think it's a Quality issue of the Suzuki Vendor...Even Suzuki have assured free replacement of the Rusted parts post Dec 2014 Batch.... After Jan 2015,they have provided with anti-rust coating and improved the quality of the materials to prevent rusting! Link-

                          1) sometime on 3rd or 4th shift @ 2k-3K RPM i feel some vibration like some is rubbing it self for 1-2sec.. but i am confused if it is either from chain or gear .. during my 1st service i did chain cleaning from SVC... i started feeling it after 1st service, its has reduce, previously it was every time now once in 2 or 3 time.. what could be the reason.. is there something wrong with gearbox its hardly 2 months old.. DONE 1700 KMS 1st service @ 974KM (29 DAYS)

                          2) i got rust on the bolt of clutch .. i applied ZORRIK - 88 (SINCE WD-40 was not available) - how to solve rusting .. is suzuki using cheap coating..

                          3) Need to replace my headlight bulb its too low as compared to my previous bikes PULSAR 150,135 FZ,FZ-S, any suggestion for brighter light in the same headlight socket

                          4) I woke up today in the morning found my left mirror cracked as i park bike inside my compound there is no chances of playing around .. can this be because of direct sunlight.. i cleaned my bike last night and i remember that there was nothing wrong with the mirror..

KINDLY help me with the 1st Prob ASAP

This is the first bike I've ridden properly, and had it for about 3 weeks now. It was great to learn on. Small, light, and smooth.
I had my first fall day before yesterday. I rode over some construction debris, I felt the bike skidding, applied the brakes. The wheels locked, and the bike skidded and fell. I was going really slow, so I wasn't hurt. I picked up the bike, but then I slipped in the debris, and the bike fell on the other side!!

The paint wasn't damaged, but the clutch lever got bent ( it was hitting the cable and wouldn't go into first), as did the rear brake lever, and the front brake handle. A lock mechanic used a lever to move the out the clutch lever, and now the gears all engage, so there doesn't seem to be any harm done, except for some cosmetic damage.

It seems the rear brake of this bike needs to be pressed all the way down to be effective. Is that just my bike, or is everyone facing the same issue?

I'm planning on taking the bike to Mumbai, from Pune, tomorrow. I've only ridden about 300kms in total on any motorbike so far, so it'll be a little scary!! I'm going to take a couple of test rides today to make sure that everythings working properly after my fall, and if it is, then I'll be off tomorrow morning.

I noticed the bikes engine getting hot recently, on trips of about 10-20kms, at about 4500rpm or less. Is this normal? Should it worry me?

About the headlights. I was planning on upgrading to LED's as you don't need to change the reflector. There are these new gen led's that work without a cooling fan and are available at a 4300k colour temp, so there should be no problem with cops, or rain and fog.

The LED I want to buy comes only in a set of 2 right now, so if anyone from Pune wants to go halfsies with me, I'll order them from Aliexpress, and we can split the amount.

I tuned my carb in the morning to lil inward n tested it n surprisingly it worked. There s smoothness n pickup now.
