    Hey guys... Planning to remove the saree guard as I never really travel with pillion sitting single sided.. Any legal problems with this cause as I understand it is compulsory for all Indian motorcycles to have it

      It won't cause any 'legal' problems. It is a compulsory accessory for the manufacturer and not the customer.

        Hi.. When riding the bike hard at speeds 85 to 95 KMPH, the mileage drops drastically. I'm getting mileage around 40ish at those speeds. Is this normal?
        What about other bikes(R15, 220f) ridden at same speed? Just Curious to know. Thanks

          There is a dedicated thread here on xbhp devoted to cruising speed of every bike.
          Will be likely to find info. there.

          That mileage figure sounds about right. Similar with me, but that's only on extended cruise on highways.

                    Hi,
                    I have issues in my bike, anyone please help me out...

                    1.) Only two months going to get over from the purchase of my bike, I am facing many issues, one of them is my bike's pick up is very very less even without pillion, when I am starting from signal, during U-turns, etc...(Situations where I face this issue to greater extent) literally there is no pickup in my bike. What would have happened to my bike? I am throttling very hard to gain speed, this was not a case in the beginning, the pickup was good, to my known my bike's pickup has reduced. My bike's pickup is not up to the mark of a 150cc bike's pick up.

                    2.) Secondly upshifting gear from 3 to 4 and 4 to 5 has become an issue, while upshifting to 4th and 5th gear, the gear is getting struck and not properly engaged, very hard to engage gear, while shifting to these gears it feels like the gear lever is breaking.

                    I am very concerned about these two issues, please help me out to overcome these two issues.

                      Im getting 42 mileage and i rarely go over 65..
