    A while back it happened,

Suzuki Inazuma 250 was around 3 lakhs, then for some reasons the cost was reduced to 2 lakhs after this the customers who have already brought Inazuma for 3 lakhs where called and 1 lakh was returned to them...

When they can return cash that to big amount, why can't they do this rear disc brake for us for 4k to 5k? Why only 10k?

Actually Inazuma's price was reduced to increase its sale, and for Gixxer even its sales is awesome, then why can't they do it for less price?

Can we mail regarding this to Suzuki India???

These parts would not be taken by them, and in the manufactured bikes it would not be there in the first place.

Anyway, this is what they are saying.

First let an official statement come out with prices.

Then we can fire emails to see if we can set this right.

Whenever the price of a bike that sold few numbers is reduced by a big margin, the companies keep old owners in mind as they suffer huge depreciation on the bikes they bought at high price. A big cut in price ruins the company's image because naturally the old owners will cry foul.

But here in this case, Suzuki is merely adding one more feature to the bike. I hope you guys are offered disc brakes for lower cost but I would like to say that the company isn't obliged to do this. Every year, many cars get upgraded features such as touchscreen navigation etc etc. There is no way old owners are getting that either because it is simply an addition of a new feature.

If drum brakes of Gixxer were defective or poor in comparison to ordinary drum brakes, and suzuki developed disc brakes to overcome the issue, then it would have surely offered something to the existing owners.

But I think car's touch screen, navigation, etc are different from a bike's rear disc brake..!!

My rear brake was horrible. Can't believe from a brand new bike it hardly worked. Complained yesterday to SVC and they fixed it.
Filled tyres with nitrogen. Kept 29 and 33. Hope this is right. I followed the manual.

Is there any way to stop mud and soil being splattered to the feet while riding on wet surfaces and in rain?

Yeah, just fit a rubber mudguard , any bike shop has them, but do remove it on summers as it blocks air to cool down engine oil pan. Cylinder head gets cooled but oil pan doesn't
