I have the similar issue on my SF after 3-4 days of purchase ,,, it makes tik tik sound regardless engine is hot or cold ,, but it makes randomly ,, sometime it goes after 5-10 min ,, I also have whining sound issue ,, I think tick tick is related to valve clearance or rocker arm

Very common thing with gixxers engine initially i tought that sound is because of loose tappets so adjusted them 2 times at the service center but no use the sound didnt vanished.

According to the mechanic the sound is pretty common in all the gixxers. My gixxer produces that tick tick sound when the engine is hot.

I think better to go with local ones.. If u put engine guard then u have to sacrifice leg guard.. So your call..

No, they would cost around 4-5k extra max.

                            Then why 10k for us?

They would have to change the rear drum assembly, brake oil assembly, modify wheel chain assembly to support rear disc brake.

These parts would not be taken by them, and in the manufactured bikes it would not be there in the first place.

Anyway, this is what they are saying.
