Re: Suzuki Gixxer 155
hello friends, i have 4.5 months grey gixxy, done around 4000kms. but from some days i have observed rusting on shocker and handle bolts. i am attaching image of it. is somebody faced this issue. rust is more on left bolt other two are very less. should i post complaint on suzuki website. or live with that rusting bolts as it not that much for now. i think suzuki should replace under warranty. the second issue is self start works only when bike is on neutral . that too some times missed out. and when i shake clutch wire it works. normally on gear also it should start with clutch pressed. but for me its not happening. kindly let me know your valuable suggestion. thanks ... cheersLast edited by probike; 10-02-2015, 04:01 PM.

Rusting is common in all gixxers . Raise a complaint they will change and even check your disco plate for rusting .. Self start is also manufacturing problem and the problem usually arises after bike takes a good bath (wash)Originally posted by probike View Posthello friends, i have 4.5 months grey gixxy, done around 4000kms. but from some days i have observed rusting on shocker and handle bolts. i am attaching image of it. is somebody faced this issue. rust is more on left bolt other two are very less. should i post complaint on suzuki website. or live with that rusting bolts as it not that much for now. i think suzuki should replace under warranty. the second issue is self start works only when bike is on neutral . that too some times missed out. and when i shake clutch wire it works. normally on gear also it should start with clutch pressed. but for me its not happening. kindly let me know your valuable suggestion. thanks ... cheers

Ughh!!! That mud guard is ugly as hell.. Gixxer has way better one... Those type of mud guards spoils the rear beauty of the bike...Originally posted by rajit.saha12 View Post
Rear Disk coming with engine Guard..😱😱😱
Another thing is that this is fz back mud guard as we know they both have the same tire size it could be helpfull . hope some one will do the magic

i very newbie to this forum and this is my first post too. i have bought my gixxer last week. i had planned this bike for around 6 months and right time came last week just before my birthday. so the week moments became sweet. i'm very lucky at the time coz mine is dual tone, happy about the dual color.
folks, i have question that, how much reserve fuel tank capacity ?? yet to calculate mileage. once i found i'll share mileage and my experiences.

Around 1.2-1.5 litres. Do share some pics of your new ride.Originally posted by Mani Dz View PostHi,

Re: Suzuki Gixxer 155
today my bike came to a halt due to the fuel getting empty. luckily for me the fuel station was just right in front. but i was puzzled when my bike took 12.62 litres to fill up to brim, but the manual says fuel tank to be only 12ltrs!!Last edited by htsrinivas546; 10-02-2015, 11:49 PM.
