That's an odd average on the forum.
Which bike you used to own/ride before getting gixxer?

Hello people, I need your help. The Suzuki dealer in my area quated me 4200 more than the price in my State as indicated in the website. I know minor differences can be there but this is quite a lot. I lodged a complaint in the website but still got no reply from them. I am from west bengal. Can anyone give me any email id that i can complaint to. I followed this thread and watched you good people are helping each other. So I am asking in here. Thanks.

Huh everyone have been saying that 50 is min in city roads. My dealer said he had a few people who had got 55-58.

I have calculated it properly reserve to reserve

50 might be possible only when you drive very sedately and provided your carburetor has been tuned for better mileage(Lean)
However a proper Gixxer will give you 42 or 43 on city

I'm driving sedately. Don't cross 4k rpm and no high revs.

                      Hi folks,

Happy to share my gixxer pictures and my experience. I've driven around 250kms since the last week, i got mixed mileage varied by the pump i used . last time i calculated ball bark mileage around 54.5kmpl when i rided around 55-65kmph (at 4500 rpm).

everything i feel good except headlight vision (long beam) and gear shifting seems little hard sometimes. i gonna ask to fix gear shifting problem at my first service, is any one fixed it on your's successive services ?

i do share my gixxes new pictures now, dual tone

Actually 55kmpl is achievable. I got about 55-60 during the break in period, where I had to keep the bike under 4500rpm.
Now I get about 45-50, with hard riding. (total weight about 65kgs)
With a pillion I get about 40-45. (total weight about 120kgs)
