There are no HS1 55/60 bulb in the market. In philips website there is one HS1 all weather bulb, but I didn't see it anywhere in the market. And H4's are not getting replaced with HS1's.
Thanks Sandeep for your insights and guess there are NO bubbles as well in the reflector.
And YES lighting is equally important to me as well
So assume this H4 is a direct fit into HS1.
Read somewhere that slowly 2W manufacturers are moving to HS1 although not sure.
But YES this is coming into lot of Bikes nowadays and must be with some reason.
    Thanks again.
34567 kms and ZMR sold :(

As a matter of fact my earlier ZMR used a Osram NB for Three Years without any issue.
But there were bubbles in one of friends ZMA during the same time (bought simultaneously)
On the other hand it did not happen in the earlier ZMA used by another friend.

Hence the query since at times manufacturers go on cost cutting mode and end up ruining our pockets
Earlier batches will mostly be of better quality compared to batches made after several years of production. This bike is a game changer for Suzuki and so my guess is that it would be good enough to handle the 60/55w bulbs. Moreover, each bike is different and unless you try, you can't be sure about it's effects.

I want to apply screen guard as well. Don't know where to get it.

Just go to a mobile phone accessories shop and ask him to install a screen guard. I did the same to my bike just after it came out of the showroom

edit: I got mine installed for ten bucks... No problems of peeling off even with several pressure washes till date.

I got my gixxer at 87k..even it is also high price.. But it Includes extended warranty.. If you can, then stay away from chithira suzuki.. Their service is pathetic.. Learned a lot. Try adoor suzuki or suzuki showroom in Pathanamthitta

                Guys need some help!!!

I lost the first free service because i wasnt able to do the service in the given period(i wasn't in the town and the bike cloaked 700 kms) ; so the svc guys left the first free service page blank and instead went for the 2nd free service..they said i lost a free service because of not doing the service in the 1 month period.. My real issue is instead of doing the procedures of first service i guess they did the procedures for 2nd service .The reason for this doubt is the bike has been tuned for getting better mileage and i can feel lose of pickup or that rush..Will this situation cause a problem to the engine break-in process and the skip of service will cause an isuur for the warranty?[emoji53]

guys I have completed my 1st service on 800km mark now it has been 1361kms ..during 1st service the service guys told me that they have applied chain cleaner and lube from motul.they charged me rs.85/- for that now it has been 561kms do i have to apply chain cleaner and lube??? my area is dusty ..lots of chances for mud if it rains any suggestions for chain lube and cleaner service interval is long for lubing chain I'm looking for DIY alternatives ..I found motul is best long lasting ..what's the next best alternative if i don't get motul.??and how do i know i really need to lube the chain??just count kilometres or sound ??I'm new to O-ring chains help me out guys
                    Hi sumanth

We have been discussing about the front mudguard of gixxer in FB group.

The best alternate is 3M cleaner & lube also it is cheap compared to motul. You don't need to apply lube unless it becomes dry & looks dusty. But since u r new you can clean every 500 kms.
                    Just follow my shadow.

Guys. Need help. My gixxer has done only 180kms. Today morning while doing cold start with kicker i accidentally revved up to 7000 rpm for a second or two. Will that damage the engine? Just curious

No, nothing happens don't be so worried. Even if you happen to rev the engine past 7k do it in 5th gear before 1st service.
Do it gently, not all of a sudden.
