It seems to be starter relay problem, you should have it changed.Originally posted by SOMESH SHINDE View PostGuys when I try to start my bike their is some short circuit noise near the battery .Sometimes it starts but sometimes it makes such weird noise(from that round device near the battery having red and black plug) . Also horns, indicators, display are working fine. What would be the problem ?

Re: Suzuki Gixxer 155
Its coming from the stator coil wire rubber cover. Many of us had that issue. Easy fix is to apply some gasket sealant around the rubber cap.Originally posted by cbzee View PostThis was the first thing i have observed today morning. What it could be?! And how to fix it?. Looks like sort of oil leakage

What about BOSCH ?Originally posted by Shashank K R View PostNo difference at all. Waste of money for our bikes. Instead use the stock plug or the NGK variant. The NGK variant (I guess it's CPR6EA-9) is enough since it's cheaper than the one Suzuki provides and there's no difference in performance.

Re: Suzuki Gixxer 155
Mine is in warranty and facing the same issue. Should I go the anabond way or reach out to SVC to get it fixed ? During the last service, I got the gaskets for the clutch case replaced but that didn't help at all.Originally posted by MotoBlizzard View PostIs your bike under warranty?

Re: Suzuki Gixxer 155
The problem is with teh Rubber seal that covers the cable port in the magneto cover. Go to the SVC and tell them the problem. They will replace the entire stator coil assembly under warranty along with the Rubber seal because the rubber seal comes as part of the assembly.Originally posted by urahara.kisuke View PostMine is in warranty and facing the same issue. I am surprised the previous owner didnt bother getting it fixed properly at the SVC when the bike was under warrantyOriginally posted by cbzee View PostNo. it's a pre owned vehicle (2015 dec)For My Gixxer Related videos: Click HERE

Re: Suzuki Gixxer 155
Its only 1 month i had owned this vehicle. May be the previous owner never had the problem of oil leakage before. I had noticed this 2 days ago only.Originally posted by MotoBlizzard View PostThe problem is with teh Rubber seal that covers the cable port in the magneto cover.
