    Crossed 780kms today and bike is due for servicing.
    I'm impressed by my Baby Gixxer and would like to share some niggles, else bike is perfect for everything. It has smooth engine, doesn't seem to run out of breath. Handles beautifully, has impressive pulling power and boy ! what an amazing bite in Bybre brake. IMO The niggles though minor should be sorted like Speedo error, Hard seats, Tyre Hugger as an option, Detachable Fuel lid , Light, otherwise it's great and packs more punch than my bro's Hunk.

            Totally agree. It was just the first time I did so with the engine running. Then I read about the risks in the manual. Since then, I'm doing it by rotating the wheel with hand (although the can has a long nozzle attatched to it, still the risk is not worth taking.).
            The sense of freedom these two wheels give can never be matched by anything else...

              Can anyone tell me, which colors fades with time blue or black??
              iam looking forward to buy gixxer but confused about color. brand new blue gixxer shines great but will it remain that way for 2-3 years ?

              We have All SUZUKI in our home. A suzuki car, Suzuki slingshot, Suzuki hayate, really was thinking will never buy another suzuki not that the bikes are not good but for the fact that iam not a commuter type person. but again the gixxer changes my mind completely. never expected such bike from suzuki then i thought i have lived with there commuter class and now they have given a good bike, i deserve it for free i thought being loyal.... ..

                Has anyone changed the headlight ? I found it of no use for highways.
                Can we change the stock light and battery to support it ?

                  Twin color combo Gixxers spotted in a showroom in Kalyani, West Bengal. Seems like they are asking for an extra 1000 rupees for this.

                        Looks more like a showroom mod. Just swapped the plastic cowlings and body covers I guess.
                        The sense of freedom these two wheels give can never be matched by anything else...

                            Good News for Gixxer Owners.

                            Suzuki has accepted the rusting issue on the Gixxer and is offering to replace the rusted parts, while all the 2015 models will come with special anti-rust coating.

                              Can I ask the showroom people for 2015 model as I've booked a black and would buy it on 2jan 2015. Should I wait? Expected delivery time of 2015 model in Midnapore.

                                Jagx 2015 models shall be rolled out only by March April so not point waiting what would get now is 2014 model only
