As the parts are new...the clutch and gear will be tough. And you always use a full clutch for shifting...not doing so will wear out the clutch quicker.
Be patient...it will ease up and smoothen as you ride.
Sports bikes and high quality bikes..have slipper clutch...and hi-tech engineering for super fast shifts...don't try and compare shift speed with those bikes...like I did!

People, is it advisable to ride this beauty a straight 350 kms immediately after taking delivery from showroom? Please advise.

No problem. These modern machines can handle this.
What you need to do is keep the bike under mentioned rpm, not ride at constant rpm for long (keep varying the rpm) and have breaks every 40-50kms.

                      Ride safe and have fun.
                      Regards

In addition to what Nadeem bhai said, after the trip (350km or so) change the engine oil.

Oil change after 350km not required. Atlest 700km is OK. They fill motul oil afaik so it won't be necessary.

Jags oil change would be ideal in his case one shot journey of 350 km it would be better if he changed it

Isn't the wear and tear negligible in his case? Stops at every 50 km for 10 mins is enough. Also its winter season so engine will be cool enough. What u say?
