And you will definitely feel the bumps on the road through your wrists. The Gixxer on the other hand just glides over everything like its nothing.Steering angle is almost like a bicycle's. The suspension setup is amazing. Miles ahead of the CBR 250R even. I can't believe the NS is praised so much for so little. I too would fall for this if not for the TD.

This is my honest opinion guys.

You are right but then again those who buy the 200NS do so for the power and the big bike feel. Personally I am one for comfort but then the 200NS wasn't made for that, it was made for highway fun (not even a smooth highway ride, just fun) so you could open the throttle and zoom away.
Point is that both bikes bring something different to the table and where the gixxer wins out on comfort and vfm, the 200NS wins out on the adrenaline rush.

      Correct me if iam wrong,

but isnt the 200NS a stunt biker's dream, and given such characteristics, its not absolute fun on power?

Let me know the essentials before going for first servicing...
I read rs.290 is enough. Can anyone post a scanned bill for the same. Thanks

Yeah the 200NS is a stunters dream. And given that I said the 200NS is an adrenaline shot for a petrol head I really don't understand what your trying to say. Its a proper torque monster that pulls wheelies without effort and that's a good thing. Right?

Did you check with dealers in Bangalore? I was preparing to buy one in the first week of January after saving enough money for it but now have to figure out if I have to save up that 2k more.

There is no 2015 model! There are rumours going around that Gixxers manufactured from January 2015 will have a special anti-rust coating but no official word about the same from Suzuki India.

This is to prevent the rusting related complaints from Gixxer owners from coastal areas where the salt content is high in the atmosphere due to the proximity to the sea.

No offence mate.. Ns is best suited for highway runs and is best money-power bike available!

As some pointed out that 'Steering Angle' is weird and cant make a u turn in one go.. sadly neither the cbr 250r does if one doesn't know how make one correctly!
Again no offence i had td'ed gixxer its a gem of bike better than fz v2.0 in terms of power delivery.. but feels more clinical typically a Japanese trait!
In ns Vibrations are not some deal breaking issue.. vibes are present uptil say 2nd service! after that you'll have only a slight buzz on handlebar after 6k rpm!
And i am not a blind fan of pulsar series infact i never owned a bajaj product because i used to follow what people generally said!

Btw i was all down for gsr 150r until test i test drove ns! But it turns out i like vibey, powerful Nakhrebaaz bikes more

Guys going to get this bike in the 2nd week of jan.
Here comes the colour choosing part i am very confused between grey & blue both looks great but i want to know weather the blue colour retains the same original colour in the long term? or it simply fades with the time?

I know the colour choosing part is inclined more towards the rider's favour but just want your opinions about these 2 colours with respect to longterm durability.

Even I had this confusion finally booked blue because all other color are common in other bike like fz plser unicorn etc but if you want gixxer go for blue ..legendary gsxr blue anyhow about color fading forget it because it's suzuki...
