Normal warranty is 2 years or 30,000kms whichever is earlier.........Even if you extend the warranty it will be 5 years or 30,000kms whichever is earlier!

Ya i baught it bro.
It costs me Rs. 789 for 2 years standard + extended warranty for 3 years.
It is sure useful if you properly service and for the bike in long run from svc.

Got confirmed news about the Full Faired Gixxer..will come before June 2015....But not sure about disk brakes ...as this question was asked by Suzuki India/Japan Team to me - "Would you like to have disk brakes with ABS? and how much extra would you like to pay for the same on current ex showroom price ?"..I had answer Yes...and I would pay between 8-10k extra!

A little information to the people who felt that the gixxer was sometimes rough and sometimes smooth (including me), it was because of the chain. Keep cleaning and lubing your chain and you won't feel the same again. One should do that in approx 500kms. I personally use 3M chain cleaner and Rolon Chain spray. Both cheap and work for about 4-5 sprays.

Also, i need to buy an engine guard for my gixxer. Anyone who has installed?

I remember Avinash666 installing one. What is the price bro? And has the ground clearance taken a hit?

It cost me just Rs.150. Its a RX100 engine guard.

No ground clearance is nearly same as it was earlier. The only problem that I faced was that the rear part of the front mud-guard hitting the upper part of the engine guard whenever the front suspension took a dip. I just cut it off with a blade and now I'm doing just fine.
The sense of freedom these two wheels give can never be matched by anything else...

Can you post some pics please? I want to see how the mudguard looks when cut.
