    I think the has come loose from it's shaft. Please go to service centre asap.

      Thanks bro ...!! But i went to SVC they said its normal we will spray WD-40 and it will work good..!! Don’t know what to do but again i will go tmrw ..!!

          The fan isn't supposed to make any noise when it's running. KTMs do have loud fans, they do emit a whine, which is normal to any spinning fan. If you find any high pitched shrilling or screeching noise when the fan runs, the fan is at the end of its life or in the process. Get your fan checked and replaced at your nearest SVC. I you can post a video clip or audio clip, perhaps it'd be even more easy to get an idea as to what the sound is.

            Thanks buddy for the supportive reply see the noise is not the same as in this vedio..!!! When i turn off the ignition the fan while stopping makes screeching noise..!!

              The fan mustn't make any shrilling noise during switching off or running. It can either mean the fan is in the process of giving up. Usually, the fan detaches itself from the spindle shaft and over time the spindle just rotates grazing making that shrill sound. Get it checked and replaced.

                  Any reliable shop around navi Mumbai or pune where i can get Michelin PSR and fitted?

                      Hey guys hope u all r fine tell me has anyone participated in a biker group...!! Basically i wanted to join a biker group for rides...!! I was in an unofficial group early but its members are not ready for any ride now...!! Please let me know if someone wants to add member in their group i want to join...!!🤜

                        21k!!! Mine got finished around 15k. You can get pirelli diablo rosso at amazon for good prices. Do check out.

                        Also, its time for me to change the rear tyres. Stock metzelers at rear lasted 8k kms, michelin pilot street lasted another 15k. I'm having too much uneven wear that the left side has lot of thread left whereas right side has become a mirror. This time I've to fix it before going in for the new tyres.

                        Anyone got any idea what all to be checked?

                            out of spec tyre alignment, wrong tyre pressures are the most probably causes for your tyre wear.

                              Yes i also have uneven wear at front but ignoring as it's detected after 15k.

                              By the way my fan has given up and not kicking in .
                              Will be going to service center this weekend.
