    You shifting like this.
Engage the clutch fully and shift from 5th to 4rth and to 3rnd and second.

You should disengage clutch slightly in between gear shifts. Very slightly is enough.

I'm using G-Power. Costs 220. He said he's using some new type of plug, was asking about that.

NGK ( G power series) is a pioneer in engine spark plugs and its dominant so all manufacturers prefer it ,

Model CPR8EAGP -9 is recommended spark plug for unicorn 160 cc
( and uni 150 ,trigger , and also for almost all 150 cc models of Yamaha, Bajaj , Hero, TVS ,etc and also many other passion pro x , Jupiter ...)

          Terminology
          Field 1:
          CPR stands for construction
          C ( HEX key size )
          P - Projected insulator type
R - Resistor type ( good for high revving engine )

          2 :

          8 - heat range ( from 2 to 9. most two wheelers are 7,8 )

          3:

E - E ( may be electronic spark , guess ) its given in some models and omitted in some , or may be some thread spec code

          4:

          AGP
          A/B ( special purpose )
G - racing use ( GV racing V type cylinder engine)
          P - premium tip

          5:

Last number 9 is the gap ( No its not the mm ,not 9mm , it's the code ,gap is clearly given in spec as some Number followed by unit mm or inch )

The above info may be 99% correct , collected from various source and spec

guys i have completed 1000 km recently on this bike but my concern is the mileage.my usage is 95% city only and i am getting about 41-42 kmpl.I assume this is a bit less for this bike.
also there are small vibrations and engine noise in 2nd and 3rd gear which disappears in 4th onwards. the issue was not resolved in the first service as they said the engine will get smooth with use?
tell me guys what to do about these two issues??

The vibration is Quite normal. Coming to the mileage: you should get 45-50 in later days.

the vibrations/noise doesn't feel like from a honda engine.feels like am riding a year old pulsar in 2nd and 3rd gear. And the main issue is that the vibrations and noise increase as the distance of my ride increases.
i can live with the mileage though.

It gets heated even after just 30 mins of ride on a highway without slow riding... if I ride in 2nd or 3rd gear then10 mins are enough for it to get over heated. My riding style has not changed.. the odo reads 16600km.. Any suggestions?

Any other symptoms? Less mileage, reduced top speed, rough engine feel?

Not sure about mileage or top speed but the engine definately becomes rough once it gets heated. Also gear becomes hard in that case. Once the the engine cools down for several hours, everything is back to normal.
