Isn't this completely strange behavior?

Please advise guys. Thanks.
Which fuel you are using?? Any premium one or nornal unleaded ? The isssue is related to throttle body. Cleaning it will resolve the problem.

Did you saw when they were fixing your bike,
N have you noticed any bends on forks before service
Service guys will steal you if they find you have No Knowledge of bike(i mean about its hardwares/parts)

Sad part is they don't even let me enter the service area while there is work being done on her. I'll keep that in mind though when I go there!

I've been using "Speed" from Bharat Petroleum from the start most of the time bro. I'll raise the issue if I get a chance to go there and see what their response is.

Thanks guys!

Did they tell you that they are going to check and rectify your fork bend.. Coz in your post you have mentioned that your handle was bent. 1,500 has been charged for fork bend removal.

Are you experiencing vibrations on footpegs while deaccelerating as I am also facing this kind of engine noise while deaccelerating with vibrations on footpegs after the first service. Still don't know the cause.

Just an FYI , try not to use the Speed/V Power in Run in period. It may do some damage rather than any good.

The service guy took a test drive and he said in the beginning itself that he can feel the pulling force, and told me that he ll check if there is any bend, and then call me

Harsh as it may sound bro, not much that you can really do here because he did inform you. Bhai never agree to the ASC telling you something without you seeing it with your eyes. Never ever leave your bike at the ASC. ITS A CARDINAL SIN !

I think you should replace the forks totally since xplod566 mentioned that they are never 100% repairable. Plus you should be able to claim insurance on that. However the above only applies if the fork was actually bent.

I am experiencing the vibrations on handle bars and foot pegs, and the fairing vibrations have increased The engine has become hard. Its not smooth as it was before giving for servicing.

Ya bro .I ll never ever do that again.I casually said them abt the bend and they actually charged me.I dont think there was any bend .I should have told him to leave that part. But since it was my 1st service i agreed to whatever they said ..

Well I think vibrations on footpegs followed by that weird sound is quite normal as the engine is still new and is under run in period. So may be it is possible that the engine parts will take some time to become smooth. Also, have you checked that they had properly replaced your engine oil or they just did a top up. Just check the color of the oil. As far as the smoothness goes, sometimes the engine feels hard but sometimes it feels very smooth but vibrations are still there on the footpegs followed by that ghhrr sound while braking and downshifting of gears. I just hope that this sound and vibration is just a part of run in process.

Also, at what speed your bike's fairing is vibrating as i have not faced this issue till now.

I had the ghhrr sound at the beginning (0-100kms) but the sound disappeared after 100+and engine became smooth. Now the ghrr sound is coming again after servicing. (after replacing the oil i guess, yes i have seen the oil colour).I can hear the fairing vibrations when the speed is below 30kmph and foot peg vibration when the rpm is in between 3.7K-5K .sometimes i can feel the vibrations below my seat. I usually upshit in that case .But this problem is really annoying.

Don't use speed petrol. earlier I also used to fill speed.after that starting problem arised when engine is hot . went to svc they opened up the throttle body and it was full of gunk. They told me to change the petrol pump and fill only unleaded normal petrol afterwards I have no such issues.

Is it really so.....
Does the speed petrol really brings harm to the engine?
And if so......should I avoid it in the run in period or avoid it permanently?
