Check if front brake is fully operational, the acceleration cable arm (metal bent pipe near front caliper) disturbs and we cant fully operate front brake,
Keep an eye on rear suspension because it changes itself if you go offroad(a lot of offroad or bumpy roads)

        Quick update on my situation.

I went to the SVC today. Brought up the issue and was immediately turned down (as expected) regarding the throttle body.

However they're going to try and fix the idling problem on Sunday morning. I've managed to convince them to look into the lag in acceleration as well.

As for the tappets and the throttle body, they'll be doing that for sure now in the 3rd service at 4.5-5K Kms. I hope it gets fixed permanently.

I appreciate all the replies. Thanks a lot guys!

Edit: I forgot to mention, the mechanic had tightened one of the screws on the windshield a little too much. This has caused it to crack at that part. Already complained about it and will be hopefully getting a replacement soon. Be sure to check for cracks guys as they can spread over time and end up breaking off.

Bro call up bajaj at 18002332453 and log a complain saying that SVC guys aren't ready to do it.explain them that you got a issue in throttle body and SVC is not helping u.
10 minutes and you will get a call from main branch of your city asking you to come and they will fix it.worked for me every time I did.

Bajaj owners- Please don't take any Bull s#$% given by the SVC guys.they are well aware of the fact that after multiple turndowns from them you will eventually stop visiting there.that's why everyrime you tell them a problem they act as if they have never heard about it.
Now the Higher bajaj officials are well aware of it.but they need some sort of complaint from you guys .so log a complain by calling the number and I am sure you wil be treated like a VIP.bajaj ASS is an epic ass to be frank and for people who are not working to fix your problem this toll free number exists to help you
Explain them and call them and if you want your throttle body or whatever it is to be fixed mention it clearly on the call and they will listen to you.its your bike and you paid a huge amount of money.this is not the way SVC is supposed to treat you.

I have actually logged a complaint on Bajaj's website. I never heard back from them.

I did go to the main (and only) SVC in my city.

But thanks for the info I'll keep trying maybe they'll eventually listen to me.

i guess you didnt read my whole post...here is my experience from the above post...

Issue faced due to this- I was unaware of the situation that the hose was choking. I was riding on a city freeway at around 60kmph. tried to overtake a truck but didnt feel confident as another car was approaching from the front, so I applied the front break(with abs) a bit hard(not so hard to lock it) for a split second and when I let go of the lever, the brake didnt release and in a matter of max 2-3seconds, I was dead stop in the middle of the highway and I am lucky enough that the vehicles behind me were not in a straight line to me or else I wouldnt have been here today...v scary...when the cars and bikes went past me like a shooting star...

One more thing to note imo, when the fluid line is choked, the fluid's free flow is disrupted and as a result ABS might not work at all. So, be very careful with this issue on the roads. once brake is applied it takes considerable time to release the brake and get bak to normal, but is sufficient to cause serious damages to the rider. It could also be the scenario that one locks up the breaks and when it doesnt release in time, you know of the consequences...
Sorry for being a complete noob here technically...please explain this part "the acceleration cable arm (metal bent pipe near front caliper) disturbs and we cant fully operate front brake" and also the suspension change in offroad riding...u mean it behaves sort of like AI ??

Do we need a different relay too since this is an LED and an NS relay is built for the standard bulbs ?

Try tightening the windshield screws too. These tightening are only temporary solution. If the vibes are still there, take it SVC and ask them to add bushes/washers in the screws. That's permenant one. Only issue will be to convince that morons in SVC to do something like this.
