Don't worry about going with this bike. It's really a very sweet stuff! . I bet you will not regret your decision.

    1. My bike have just clocked 106 kms and really I could feel the difference from 0 to 106 kms, The gearbox the engine noise everything is getting adjusted accordingly which is really awesome. I'm keeping the rpm @ 3.5k and speed upto 42 kms only. I'm 21 only and I really want to complete 2000 kms asap but I want my engine life also so living according to the rules of bajaj run-in period rules..
2.I'm 5'8" and was too feeling the bike as bulky but when I started riding it all things went right. I started loving everything about my bike. Bajaj has awesomely balanced it. Well done Bajaj!. And coming to the main point my friend is 5'6" too but he's not feeling any kind of problem riding it.. He's enjoying it.. And after run-in period you will really feel the awesome taste of this bike.

    Regards

RS200 throttle response is crisper. So there won't be any jerks if you open or blip the throttle. Another reason is your old gen Pulsar should weigh not more than 130 (+/- few kgs). Hence you can expect a good response. If you had tried Rx100, you know what I mean

Rider Seats are decent and okay for few hours of ride. If you plan for long rides, you can get some gel pads. Pillion seats are harder and your wife won't like it. Maybe 30-45 minutes of riding, beyond that she'll start complaining. Pillion grab rails are not comfortable unlike other Pulsar models. But not a big deal. If you 5.6" you will not have any trouble.

Hi guys,i had given my bike for reducing the rattling of the flaring. The service personnel did tighten everything and also washed the bike.Mine is a non abs version. Now my front brake has turned completely ineffective.I have to press the break lever to the hardest and then also it takes ages to stop.Whereas before one touch was more than enough. Is it possible that they might have swapped the breakshoe or have done some malpractice (like replacing the breakshoe with an old one) with the break set. Please help

Guys just a quick question. Did anyone try removing the front fairing of the 200rs and if so then is it an easy task or a pain?

Replacing brakeshoe, highly unlikely. They dont pay for the parts Even after a normal water wash brakes will use 80% feedback, if nothing happens within 30-50 km try cleaning the rotor and the brakepads with sand paper.
P.S- I dont own a rs. I am from the duke 390 club.

Why do u wanna remove the fairing? Be careful while doing so to not rip any wires or so. This may void warranty.
What do you call a biker who does not wear a helmet? An organ donor.

Clean the disc with soap water and things should be fine. If problem persist, visit the SVC.
The real beauty lies in throttle's twist!!

Headlight can be replaced, Head cannot be. Wear a helmet.

Haven't faced any issues about alloy wheels yet over the past 5 months.
No update on the thud sound. Hasn't gone away for me as such.

I always slow down for speed bumps, but indeed there is a sound that comes from the front suspension if speed is above or somewhere around 20 kph.

I encounter 23 speed bumps in just 1 km while going to college, it's very irritating.

The sound is more like a "Chak", it's like some small connector hit's something. Haven't figured out what exactly. If someone has please post a solution.

Minor niggles which can be ignored, and I'm absolutely in love with the bike!

Alloy wheel cracking issue has been closed by Bajaj. But most of them were disappointed. You can read that on web. The guy who published his alloy wheel issue over web on FB (after risking his life with his pillion), he was forced to close his FB account. Bajaj said that the rider hit something sideways at speeds beyond 80 kph or so and hence it resulted in breaking. Now is that believable?. Days before this, we got another shock from Bajaj saying RS weighs only 12 KGs heavier than NS when media criticized about RS weighing more compared with other bikes.

But everybody here knows that NS weighs 145 Kg which is 8 Kgs heavier than Duke. Now Bajaj website says come 151 kg.(I have already said earlier here). I bought 10 months back and mine is 145 kg. This is some serious thing that Bajaj should look at. And I'm totally disappointed with Bajaj for this alloy wheel response. Poor guy, an accident can permanently damage his memory for life time

We all know that company will do anything to prevent it's name from corrupting. We've had the same with even big companies too.

Solution is : Take potholes friendly and at less speeds in advance.
