I am not saying that i.want the beam to focus on right.
Instead the beam and focus should be straight in case we are riding on hIghways at night...

Is there anychance to make it focus straight forward....

Here are the attachments for the mobile holder as someone had requested sorry for taking so much time to post them but i read the forum only now. Also mileage is between 28-35 in city so thats normal. And yes the tyres suck when turning as they have a tendency to skid when angle more then 30-45degrees. But the abs is a lifesaver ,it was used yesterday by me and helped me prevent hitting into a car guy when he suddenly stopped. I cant tell you how awesome it was. I will be vhanging these tyres later on and putting better tyres . Rs tyres are medium horrible when turning in dry road but when it gets wet, the tyres loose all grip and skid all the time.

Its adjustable ,i use it for my note 3 but it can be reduced or increased by adjusting the various levers on it . Its very stable and my mobile till had never fallen out till now only issue is the soft holder(the white substance in the photo) basically like foam it comes out (original 1 were black but they all came out so now i have put white 1) stuck them with fevikwik

Even though if you wanna focused it in straight way of the road then as well it is enough to blind the inbound vehicle as most of the roads in are country are not Dual way. And your slight turn towards the opposite vehicle is enough to disturb the visual. As i have seen many time that My RAPTOR High beam is targeted in the same position on left side but yet it is blinding the road mates as they are keeping hands on there face and slowing down.
Projectors have two screw behind it inside. Lose it and adjust the projectors.

Hey guys it's been 6 days since I got my rs(abs) & i have completed 200km so I decided to calculate the fuel efficiency as I was going to refill the tank, & I found out that the efficiency is just around 25km!(city only as I haven't taken it to highways yet) Is it normal? Or will it improve as I ride it more & go through its 1st service? I have always ridden the bike within the speed limit (40-47kmph) at 5th gear(as mentioned in the manual), I upshift gears whenever I cross 3.5k rpm, am I doing anything wrong?

Don't worry it will increase after 1000 kms or so. And I think you're changing gears too soon, atleast let it touch 4 RPM and then shift as lugging the engine also screws up fuel economy a lot.

Hello My xBhpian friends and senior fellows. I'm reading this thread since couple of days and found that it's really very interesting and quite helpful for bikers.. Anyways the main point I got My BlackMonsteR(RS200 ABS Demon Black) yesterday only and to my surprise the odo was 0 kms. Because I told them to get me from their latest stock.. Actually here owners have to get bike registrations. So we could take the bike after booking whenever we want if it's in their stock. They checked everything and then handed it to me. I also gave it a second look for the pdi check and found everything okay. Then what? Just tooked my bike and started my ride. I felt few things engine was harsh. Gears were jam a bit.. Gears were set until 10-15 kms. But still engine is harsh.. I could see that my initial rpm is 2k and settles @ 1.8k after few secs.. I'm riding @ almost 3k-3.5k fixed not more than that and the speed is also upto 40km/h... Any suggestions is welcomed. Will post the pics soon.

200 km is too less to comment. Get the first service done and then check the mileage. In the run-in period, I got max 40 (all highway) and min 29 (all city, bad bad traffic).

Congrats for your purchase, the black looks really neat!

Engine and gears will smoothen out with time. I faced a lot of irritation with false neutral and what not, but after the first service thing went better.

                      Initial RPM looks fine.

I see that you intend to stick to the Bajaj recommendation for the run-in period. It is fine as long as you do not lug the engine. So, dont be lazy to downshift gears more often. I used to be lazy to do that initially and hence the recommendation

I was also getting same mileage initially but after 1st service I am getting mileage of around 34-35 kms in city. I didn't calculated the mileage in highway but my assumption is its more than 42kmpl.

                          Hey

U can tighten the screws through the tools in ur toolkit.

Remember... to tighten the left mirror, move clockwise and for right side mirror, move the spanner anticlockwise....

I know that but I need a permanent solution. I don't want keep tightening mirrors in between of trips

Been facing the same issue. But only after the bike goes through a lot of pot holes or really bad roads at higher speeds.
Have resorted to tightening the mirrors in the middle of the journey.

                                Thanks for replying guys.
1.For engine oil, using a 20W50 specification as BAJAJ DTSI oil, logically i really dont think an issue will be there however, anybody who has tried this method of top with different oil but same specification can tell better. hence waiting for more replies.
                                2. In the attachment, i've put pictures: First is, at the start of the day when engine is cold, i hardly see any engine oil in the window. Note: Bike was straight when pics were taken. the second picture, after i have commuted for around 10KM, the window is almost full. Did anyone else note the same behavior? Is it advisable to top up?
                                3. Another pic is that of fallen screws from bottom of engine. I suppose the reason is vibrations that loosen the nuts. had same issue with my CT100. any method to keep them in place permanently?

                                1. The level of engine oil is not visible at all when the bike is cold and held straight. However when i ride bike for some time, i see that level of oil is between the bars. Is this normal? Has anyone noted same issue? further if i have to top up, can i use any other engine oil like motul or need to top up with Bajaj oil? will there be an issue if i mix up the oils?
                                2. For coolant, can i add motul coolant on top of HP coolant currently used? Will there be an issue with different brands. I hope not as chemicals used must be similar.
                                3. Also i have seen a couple of screws falling from under the belly area. Has anyone else noted? I suppose these are resultant of vibrations in engine.

                                Kindly reply.
