Bleeding the brake fluid to renew it is not adjusting. Whether one runs dirty or new fluid, the distance between the pads and the disc can't be adjusted. The amount of fluid can't be lessened to increase the pad-disc gap. Simply put, a disc brake can't be adjusted the way one adjusts a drum brake. Repositioning of pedal may not be required in his case unless someone has tampered the original setting or the bike has been in an accident/fall. The only adjustment required is the rider's pressure on the pedal!

Hello Everyone, i went for servicing of my motorcycle today and found that Ecstar fully synthetic oil is available now. Should i go for the Fully Synthetic or the regular Semi Synthetic oil i.e. Idemitsu ? I have a BS III version Gixxer SF.

Where can you purchase Ecstatic oils?

Hi guys. I own a 2016 Gixxer SF Fi and I'm planning a track conversion,ie clip ons, rear sets, the works. I have decided to go the R15 way because I require handle lock as a protective measure. The clip ons require a change of fork bolts. Can anyone help me procure a couple of fork bolts or recommend a lathing shop in Bangalore?

I use Motul 7100 Fully Synthetic oil on my Gixxer. Engine is extremely smooth. It's a hit expensive but worth the money.

How many kilometres have you done ? I read in many posts that one should switch to FS Oil after 10k kilometres. Is is true ? I still don't know which one would be better, Motul or Ecstar, that's why waiting for the Ecstar's reviews.
