Lol, we had discussed about this rear wheel rotating in neutral things a month back.. its pretty normal, just take the bike off the centre stand and see if the bike tends to move forward. if it moves forward then the clutch assembly will have to be readjusted. if you dont face problems at signals, then dont worry about it.

About the gear shift, its mainly dependent on clutch play, chain tension and quality of engine oil used.
Since the engine oil was just changed, give it 50-100kms and see if the gears become smoother (the oil takes some time to set in).
If not then try adjusting the clutch, i think full clutch gives smoother shifts, but in b'lore riding with full clutch will be a pain
Where did you manage to touch 105 by the way ? i really want to cross 100 atleast once and see how it feels, but cant find any good roads around here.

No wonder,I do 80-90kmph in a sub-45kmph zones in peak traffic hours,when I feel I am getting late for my scheduled work
or when I feel,someone wants to smoke my spanking Love.I feel sorry for them,when they come looking for me and finds me enjoying a chai at the roadside stop,while they are trying very hard to catch up with me on their fat tyres,light weight mean looking machines or highly vibrating machines or ultra refined monoshock machines The torque of GSR is absent on any 150cc Bike,except the FZ.But FZ is a slow motor........so its not a RX100.
