Take it out on an empty stretch.
At every gear, push it between 3k to 5k RPM.
Bring down the RPM and do smooth gear shift.
Use both front and rear brakes optimally.
At 5k RPM you will touch around 75 kph at 6th gear

              Hi
I was going through few posts and have a query. As per your post the bike tnt 300 in 6th gear is doing 75kph on 5k rpm. Where in my current bike Karizma R on 5th Gear does 80Kph on 5k Rpm.
Is there any mistake in the figure.

Can't really put it that way! I have done 10k kms. The only quality related issue was the starter relay. Was changed right away.

Concern is that they order spares when requirement is raised and it takes two weeks to get the same.

Rear shocks issue is also scattered. Heard of only two in Bangalore. That's out of close to 500 units here. Yeah these guys are doing a 500 sales celebration here on Mar 20th.
