You can adjust both pedals. To start with just open the allen bolt holding the round base of the stem. Once you open the bolt you can rotate it, so you can set it to your liking. Did that on mine, worked for me. Do tell me incase you need pictures, will share.Originally posted by yezdian View Post

Re: Benelli TNT 300 Ownership Experience
Hello All,
I am about to book the Benelli TNT 300 in Mumbai.
A few things that I noticed is that the bike is awesome while the service is pathetic.
Apart from this, there is a issue with spare parts.
I am proceeding with the booking of the bike on this weekend.
Things that I am still in doubt with.
1. Does it only come with Pirelli's (dealer in thane mentioned this)
2. Does is require premium fuel, or is it fine with regular fuel.
3. Is it possible to change stuff like, oil and filters without going to the service centre? and where can I get the spares from?

The spare parts are extremely expensive.Originally posted by M faizan View PostRear Schock leaking in just 2 Months its a matter of concern as the parts are really expensive.
I have no idea how and why it started to leak so early. I am very sure i did not drop my bike into any pot hole.

1. Does it only come with Pirelli's (dealer in thane mentioned this) - Yes Angel ST.
2. Does is require premium fuel, or is it fine with regular fuel. - Preferably use Speed/V-power. My throttle body gets accumulated with dirt when I use V-power. Hence from now on its Speed.
3. Is it possible to change stuff like, oil and filters without going to the service centre? and where can I get the spares from? - Yes you can but it will void the warranty. Spars can either be bought from websites like AliExpress (if your warranty is void or if you want to modify your bike) else you can get it from the SVC.Its better to sweat than to bleed...

- Yes, only Pirelli Angel ST - Trust me they are excellent and i have used them through off road and rains. The grip is amazing and holds well even in loose soil/gravel.
2. Does is require premium fuel, or is it fine with regular fuel.
- I used to use Shell V Power when in Bangalore. When I am touring I use whatever is available. For the extra cost I did not see any benefit in using the Shell V Power, so i switched to normal Shell. Shell because i am assured i will be getting good fuel. Other pumps also as long as you are aware the fuel is good and clean. Go ahead. The bike is meant to run in anything above 91 Octane.
3. Is it possible to change stuff like, oil and filters without going to the service centre? and where can I get the spares from?
- Oil - they would create a fuss about it till warranty ends. then it's your choice. Other spares, mostly everything is available in aliexpress, however I have bought spares off the SVC at Bangalore too.
I have gone through Pot Holes and done off roading too, with pillion. 10K kms and no such issues. Could be a one off case. As long as they are replacing it. Great !!! ... by the way the hyosung rear monoshock used to come for 48K. so I guess we are still better off. :POriginally posted by Shashank Suresh View PostThe spare parts are extremely expensive.

Bro, the Pirelli's are Angel ST ... not GT. GT is the higher model to this version, comes mainly in dual purpose bikes like the BMW GS650 n likes.

Thanks a ton guys.
This certainly gives me confidence to go ahead with the booking.
Is there any community/group/whatsapp grp where in the other TNT 300 owners can be in touch for rides/tourings/events etc etc..
I'll be booking the black TNT as white/red/green attracts a lot of unwanted attention.
I want the people to just keep on looking around when I whizz past them.
I dont care if they think that its a modified pulser..cuz I know what I am riding, A Tornado..

Anybody from Mumbai owning a TNT300, please shed some light on the service centre and your service experience here.
Costs of servicing the bike and condition of the service centre...
The Benelli showroom at Jogeshwari has stopped accepting bookings due to some internal issues.
Is it going to shutdown?

Re: Benelli TNT 300 Ownership Experience
As per my conversation with them a few days back. The lady at the counter happened to spill the beans. Due to some issues they might be opening a new outlet at worli but things are still at initial stages. Hence no clarity about it. If things get resolved then they might begin bookings at Jogeshwari in 2-3 weeks.Originally posted by RoadRanger View Posthahaha.. din expect that.. black being the most common colour for bikes...

The only thing that has kept me on hold from taking the bike is the service charges and spare part availability. By any chance if benelli comes up with a upgraded model and decides to stop previous ones. Availability of Spare parts would be a pain. May be I will wait for some more time and see if things are becoming better on this aspect.Originally posted by Shashank Suresh View PostThe spare parts are extremely expensive.

I doubt they would phase out TNT300. They have got good sales from this bike.Originally posted by M faizan View PostThe only thing that has kept me on hold from taking the bike is the service charges and spare part availability.
