They should learn to respect the customers hard earned money or else they will go nose down soon.

Cheat me in price.... Not in Quality....!!!!

Immediately after riding for a KM the same noise came up, went to the showroom & was told the noise is of the timing chain. Then I was told to ride the bike and they will do the needful in a couple of days.

The darkest side of the BENELLI is the after sales service.
THANKS for sharing your expirence, actually problems are there and company is not serious about problems. this bike is comfortable that is why i was thinking to purchase it. we do not have other choice except mahendra mojo. i will wait for some time.

As you rightly said, the quality of the bike is top notch & riding comfort is amazing. Got a call from service centre today was asked to give the bike on Monday, the sad part is I had to chase them up this is where the consumer looses his confidence on the Brand. Anyways I will make sure they replace the defective part ( timing chain, as far my knowledge says ) this time no matter what...

Guys, please don't push them on getting an exact deadline... They would eventually end up giving a "false" expected date... Just keep a constant touch with them... You will for sure get the bike soon...

Agree with you on not putting on exact deadlines and false expected date.

But bro, the delivery was promised within 2-3 weeks and its been more than 2 months now.

Do you still expect to not push and just keep calm?

Do push them if they are overcommitting the deadlines... Try writing a "stinker"... That would definitely help...

Benelli has come up with two years of extended warranty. So people buying new one & the existing customers can have a look.
