Re: Benelli TNT 300 Ownership Experience
There is also an article i had come across on this. Lemme dig it up. It's from the time the Duke was launched. 2011 I think. from the ktm sg group.Originally posted by judebrent View PostAre you 100% sure. Have friends and family in Singapore and the Duke390 is the same Indian manufactured ones. Even YouTube videos clearly highlight the same!

Re: Benelli TNT 300 Ownership Experience
Wow 2011! I was aware of the Dukes being made in India since 2013 or so but that would be worth a read. I too am an owner of a Duke390 and I don't see quality issues and availability of spares and well as the affordability of them being an issue. Cheers and happy riding

None Taken @BinilOriginally posted by brokenbinil View PostNo offense to any KTM owners. My apologies if I did offend anyone. My statements are because of my experience with the KTM Dukes, 1st gen. I was so put off that i did not try checking out the new editions. Of what i hear, KTM/Bajaj has done a good job in improving the niggles on the bike. I am yet to experience them myself.
I myself was skeptical about the built quality and performance of the dukes as they were manufactured by bajaj here at India. But believe me the quality is on par with Yamaha, Suzuki and Honda. The only downside is the hot head engine..
The parts do what exactly they are meant to do..
so far so good.. Touchwood

Re: Benelli TNT 300 Ownership Experience
Hello Guys i am not at all satisfied with the headlight of the bike. The low beam is way too high and the high beam can be used to signal aircrafts. I tried adjusting the screws given for adjusting but that just turns the headlight to focus left to right. Can some one please help me with this.

Yes, with all fluids it's around 196/197. But you won't feel the weight while riding the bike.Originally posted by HyperRetard View PostDoes the Benelli TNT 300 really weigh 196 kg?
People have been known to drop the bike by misjudging the turn radius though...

Re: Decision making || Waiting
Hai,Originally posted by experimentalhead View PostWell, I believe why I did not choose a particular bike does not matter. What matters is why I chose a particular bike. I had almost zeroed in on Royal Enfield Thunderbird 500. But, for some strange reason, I kept postponing the booking and my wife was not happy over my procrastination. One of my colleagues inquired about what happened to my new bike plans. I told him about the dilemma. That's when he enlightened about the Italian's advent in India. Strange that I had missed on this completely. I had not even heard or read about this bike. Really strange! Well, I immediately took to internet and went through technical specifications. Then checked out you tube videos. The moment I saw the beast it struck a chord with me. But, I wanted to see the beast in real. Call it co-incidence. But my wife and I both felt that Royal Enfield is quite common. Especially in Bangalore, the roads are infested with Enfields. We decided to go for something exclusive. I informed my mom about my decision to go for a sportier bike. My mom was cool about this entire thing and just said do what makes you happy as long as it is not harming others and you. This encouraged me. Somehow my wife was not impressed with the looks of bike and said it looks like FZ.
Test ride and booking: The Monk in order to obtain information about how the bike behaved during Thank you ride and other pieces of information about bike. Thank you very much @The Monk for your valuable inputs. They were unbiased and positive. Thanks for being patient with my queries.
The waiting began for the day of arrival. In the meantime, I completed the financial arrangements. I was getting impatient and was calling show room guys about when the bike would arrive. They were quite patient with me.
Wishes for owning a fantastic machine dude....I too feel proud part of benelli family with younger sibling TNT 25....wish you munching more miles

The SVC is not on NH4 but near to Pune bypass (take detour from Katraj, any local person will guide you to Bypass from Katraj).
