Glad I am not the only one.. I have written six times to Benelli about sales inquiry for a new TNT300 but they haven’t responded me back. I have also contacted whitefield benelli but said they won’t be able to deliver the bike to Nee Delhi [emoji17]

I will keep you updated on this. I was also going to purchase chain sprocket online, but SVC guys told me to wait and as they will get parts by 20th june. Lets see! SVC manager seems very confident on this.

Talked to SVC guys in Delhi today they say some parts have arrived but no chain set till now. They might get confirmation for the chain set by next week. My bike has been standing in the parking lot for last 2 months.

Atleast the spares parts supply has started....I have been driving around at night with a rubber band on my pass switch

Rowdown, did you get to ask about the showrooms? When are they going to open? Moti nagar, jhandewala or Gurgaon..anyone?

The oldest dealer in Mumbai at Jogeshwari is closed for now as there is no supply of new bikes. The showroom at Worli was closed long before.
Both the SVCs at Andheri & Thane are operational with a scarcity of spares.

Mahavir Group from Hyderabad has taken over from DSK.
It may take 6 months or more to stabilize the operations.

Yeah i have bought this bike Benelli TNT 300 a couple of weeks back and the manager said that we are taken over benelli from DSK and by july they are opening the benelli mfng plant in hyderabad.

So that means that they are going to take CKD route now? I think that will decrease the price of the bike, no?

Also, did you manage to ask them when will other dealers be able to get new bikes up in the north?

He said that the process is going on related to plant transferring and registration from DSK to mahavir group, even i didn't got my TR yet cause of this. He said that i ll get my TR max by this week. I hope this guys may start production by end of July or Aug if all goes well else may delays bit more. Will update once i visit the showroom for the TR.

Hi,

Benelli's were sold as CKDs previously except TNT899 & TNT1130.
I believe only the few early lots on BN302 were CBUs.

In Mumbai untill recently I used to see GTR & Aquila. Their future was uncertain then, so for current situation you can easily take a guess, unless Hyosung is really serious about Indian market.
It's unfortunate state for DSK group, it reminded me of my days in Satyam.

I called up Mahavir group helpline number to know the fate of Benelli. They said they have no info about the take over from DSK. May be at this point they don’t want to disclose any information.

Benellis weren’t selling much back then I don’t know what will happen now.
