Re: Benelli TNT 300 Ownership Experience
I will keep you updated on this. I was also going to purchase chain sprocket online, but SVC guys told me to wait and as they will get parts by 20th june. Lets see! SVC manager seems very confident on this.Originally posted by vnsk View PostI have been writing to the customer service last month, three mails to be precise and they havent replied. The last time I visited the site I thought it still had the DSK in it...MaybeI am mistaken. I am still waiting for my headlight switch which is not functioning. I was searching for in aliexpress and was going to buy it today.....But now, since APB says they spares might start coming by 20th, guess I will wait.....

Re: Benelli TNT 300 Ownership Experience
Talked to SVC guys in Delhi today they say some parts have arrived but no chain set till now. They might get confirmation for the chain set by next week. My bike has been standing in the parking lot for last 2 months.Originally posted by ABPatwardhan View PostI will keep you updated on this. Re: Benelli TNT 300 Ownership Experience
The oldest dealer in Mumbai at Jogeshwari is closed for now as there is no supply of new bikes. The showroom at Worli was closed long before.
Both the SVCs at Andheri & Thane are operational with a scarcity of spares.
Mahavir Group from Hyderabad has taken over from DSK.
It may take 6 months or more to stabilize the operations.

Re: Benelli TNT 300 Ownership Experience
So that means that they are going to take CKD route now? I think that will decrease the price of the bike, no?Originally posted by deeshu.reddy View PostYeah i have bought this bike Benelli TNT 300 a couple of weeks back and the manager said that we are taken over benelli from DSK and by july they are opening the benelli mfng plant in hyderabad.
Also, did you manage to ask them when will other dealers be able to get new bikes up in the north?
Thanks!

Benelli's were sold as CKDs previously except TNT899 & TNT1130.
I believe only the few early lots on BN302 were CBUs.Last edited by abhijitkn; 06-27-2018, 10:53 AM.

Their future was uncertain then, so for current situation you can easily take a guess, unless Hyosung is really serious about Indian market.Originally posted by kanth View PostBut in all fairness, is anyone still willing to buy their bikes??

It's unfortunate state for DSK group, it reminded me of my days in Satyam.Last edited by abhijitkn; 06-28-2018, 10:58 AM.

Re: Benelli TNT 300 Ownership Experience
I called up Mahavir group helpline number to know the fate of Benelli. They said they have no info about the take over from DSK. May be at this point they don’t want to disclose any information.
Benellis weren’t selling much back then I don’t know what will happen now.
