    Thanks in advance
I use the bike for the daily commute in Bangalore Traffic. The behavior you mention is perfectly normal and shows that the cooling system is working fine. I follow one thing, though when in stop and go traffic or at a long traffic light. I switch off the engine. In case the fan switches on, I wait for the bike to go below 90 and once the fan switches off, I switch off the engine. Reason being the running engine also runs the water pump which works in tandem with the radiator fan to cool the bike.

The TNT25 and 600i has been taken out of the India website ! A percusor for the new launches ? Leoncino or TRK 502 maybe !

          Greetings from Vietnam!!!
I am currently the proud owner of Benelli BN 302 (u guys call it Tnt 300). I purchased it "her", yes is a she, here we affectionally call our bikes by cute names or just the 2nd younger wife.

My experience with motorcycle is pretty straight forward, started riding 16 years ago for 6 months than decided that sports bike was not for me. Fast forward 2017, my colleague showed off his Kawasaki z300 and memories came flushing in, back then I was 20, speed and then wind on my face was all that I loved so much about riding.

So I came home and discussed with the mistress and guess what her answer was NO. Fast forward 1 month and she let me purchased 150cc Yamaha TFX. Great ride, for about 3 months, I outgrew the thing so quick I got bored. Carrying passenger on that tiny rear sit was pain and my mistress is only 55 kg 165cm tall. Came June and I was seriously thinking, I wanted a 300cc. Then came the announcement that Honda officially started distributing big displacement bikes in Vietnam. I insta felt in love with CB 500x but in order to purchase her I'd have to wait will the end of 2019 as finances are not in great shape at the moment, I mean it's great kids have enough, family has enough but there's no room for extra 300 USD per month to pay off Honda CB500x.

So I did some research and found that Benelli was within the range. Mistress was upset that I'd buy a new bike just when she started a brand new business. Then I convinced her that I'd put in overtime at work and pay off monthly cheques. She reluctlantly agreed and I started looking up ads everywhere. Surprisingly there were very few private resellers, one that I found had dodgy papers so mistress said screw it and we went straight to dealership to get brand bike instead.

A bit of background, in my country anything larger than 174cc were banned before 2015, therere bike purchased before that year usually had very complicated paperwork issues, the bike that were good would cost 3 times more than they would in the US. To give you an example a brand new 2015 CB 500x costs 7k USD in the US would cost 17k here due to tax and paperwork's and stamp fees. So alot of private resellers just bike second hand bikes off each other without proper transfers and it's not uncommon for people to have their bikes confiscated by cops.

Surely we didn't want to lose our bike so we went with brand new even if it meant extra 1k USD. Now the wierd part starts, I called the dealership 1 week prior to purchase and they said there's 1 black BN 302 left and if I didn't hurry I d have to purchase bm 175 instead since the next ,302 batch with Abs is coming in late December this year and would cost as much as Yamaha mt 03. My mistress still wants to go for Yamaha at this point because Benelli has and quality publicity in Vietnam, the most notable joke here is that the screws on the bike are so loose you could lose the engine on the go. I was like hum, let's purchase it then. The sales lady then called me back and was like yeah you will have to wait for 2 weeks since we lost the key and can start the bike. My mistress was agitated again telling me not to buy it, yes Benelli has some customers loyalty issues in my country. But being experienced with bikes earlier I told the lady it was fine I'd forge the new key and get the bike running. She hanged up and never called back. So I called her manager, as at this point I sold my Yamaha and needed a vehicle to get to work.

The manager picked up and told me he had keys but I'd still have to wait for 2 weeks because they bike doesn't have rear break pedals and they would have to ship parts from China. He sounded honest but I sensed something was off so went over to peek at the bike. It was fine lol, well, sorta, the rear brake pedal was missing, the original keys were lost but they had Honda keys for it and clutch switch connector thingie was missing. To add more misery to the bike the rear passenger footrest was so loose it was gonna fault apart. I told them I'd take it anyway since I could fix tho issues no problems. The technician said the bike would start without the clutch connector, so I went to the shelf and told them to install after market clutch and brake set. The manager was so happy so he gave them to me free of charge. Yay after market sets which looked better than stock anyway. To further encourage me he gave me 200 USD discount so wouldn't have to replace original keys. They will call me in 10 days to give me rear pedal lever. All in all, I purchased the bike at 4700 USD brand new which was 2k cheaper than Yamaha mt 03 and z300 and 2015 Duke 390 or 3k cheaper than 2018 duke 390. Hard to beat the price at this point.

So 2 hours later I was out of the door riding the thing home with a huge smile on my face , I am sure most of you remember the feeling when you upgrade from 150cc to 300, and not just a 300 but Benelli , I lietrelly didn't sleep for 2 days, waking up at 4 am on Sunday morning and went for a ride. I'm still grinning at this moment writing about her, despite speed sensor and exhaust fans issues I had on Sunday.

I'm currently breaking her in so will come back with the long term review later.

Cheers and nice to be able to join BN 302 family.

So great to hear that the bike put a smile on your face, thats what we ride for.
Its amazing how you can stay positive in spite of all the challenges, here in India we complain about the littlest of things. Wishing you thousands and thousands of happy miles with "her"

I don't think there are a lot of issues either, but since Vietnam has long standing tradition of getting cheap Chinese made "everything", the perception is extremely negative towards the bike. Furthermore, the market is dominated by Honda (and Toyota in car market) so where I live if anything is NOT Japanese it's not good. Time will time, but then I hope I won't have to stay with 300CC for too long as I'm looking forward to Leoncino and TRK and BN600, you get the picture.

                            1. It only shows TNT300, 600i and 302R (TNT125 and 600GT) is no more listed. May be future strategy to launch leoncino and TRK502.
                            2. Updated listed if showrooms across India (Chandigarh, Gurugram and Jalandhar are no more listed as Benelli showrooms)[emoji22]
