      1. Seat Cushioning - Which available product in market fits best on T3's seat ?
I already tried Fego Float. Is there any other decent product which fits well and has narrower size ? Has anyone tried Ride-On-Air here ?

      2. Hand Guards - If anyone has been using any of these hand guards available in market ?
I tried KTM one's but after installing, charger clamp, mobile holder, and fog lamp switches.. I have no space left to fit guard which requires clamps fitting from the inner end. So looking for the one's which can be fitted from the outer end.
      1. I have used both Ride On Air and Fego Float. Honestly never needed an additional cushion. I just tried it out as demo. My problem with both units is : It can be easily stolen so unless the bike is in your eyesight you have to open it every time. It moves around after a while, which makes it uncomfortable. THe ones I tried were the full size ones. Maybe the new Ride On Air units which are bike type specific is less fidgety.

      2. If you want to go for a proper handguard, for protection, you need the metal frame ones. Barkbusters are the best in the market. You can use the KTM plastics on top the frames. Else in Mumbai there is Acerbis look alike which works well and is around 1500-2000 bucks. Look it up. Mumbai dealer will be able to tell you.

        Thanks for the suggestions mate.

Infact, a friend received his Ride-On-Air unit for his Ducati Scrambler yesterday, i'll be able to try it on T3 next week. Let me see how the new design fitting works.

And i think i have seen the Acerbis look alike here as well.. they were in white ones, but seems quite sturdy with metal clamps.

          Hi,
Make sure the handguards you buy are compatible with the TNT300's handlebar. The handlebar is tapered. Also check the size.
I bought Barkbusters (BB.BHG15-2.BK VPS Black Handguard for Tapered Handlebars sourced it from US directly.
It fits perfectly except that mounting around master cylinder is tricky.
Along with the guards I have installed mount for windshield, switch for aux lamps, USB charger & RAM's GPS mount on the handlebar.
          Regards,
          Abhijit

I think duke’s handguards are a direct fitment and they are available at a dirt cheap price. I think Binil and Shaky have already tried them.

Abhijit: i am really interested in how you have accommodated all those accessories on your handle bar. can you please post a pic, if possible

Thanks for the suggestions. Shanky does have KTM guards, but its fitment is tricky. Or may be i'll have to squeeze out some space for the clamps. I saw acerbis's look alike couple of days back, they were quite well made and had heavy chunk of metal. But again, I've no space left on handlebar for the clamps.

Another funny this happened, I had a long ride last sunday, everything went all fine. But all of sudden yesterday evening, FI Indication light popped up. Hence i visited SVC this morning as showed it to the technician. Whilst i was talking to him about some random stuff he was looking into his phone and turning key on and off. As i had some problem with Key lock as well.. i thought he must be looking something with it (that's another serious issue with the bike i have in recent time, as on the Sunday ride, we were cruising at 130 kmph and a small bump on the highway shook the key and bike went off and another bump a second later got it on)

Couple of secs later, he said.. the error is gone, and he was doing a reset while i was speaking to him

              -

Surat SVC camp was till yesterday, and the service center guys said, lot of bike turned up and in and around the city and the Mahavir officials took digital record of it along with images.

Lot of bike were still piled up.

                    Hi guys,
If there are any electrical specialists here , I need some help. I want to mount 2 aux lights which are 40 w each (LEDs) drawing between 3.5 and 4 Amps. My battery is 12v 8 Ah. The headlight high is 12v 60 W and Low 12v 55 W. The position lamp and taillight come on when ignition Is switched on. They are 12v 5W each. When you start the engine the low beam comes on (always on mode).
Apart from this I have a Bolt USB charger installed which I use on long trips.
Now my question is will the battery be able to handle the additional two aux lights? These of course, will be connected directly to the battery as cutting or splicing the existing wires will make the warranty invalid.
I am still to figure out where to mount the aux as there is no space in the handle bar with the Bolt, Mobile holder and the windshield ( on the way).

Mine is a 600, but i posted here also since I need the info.

                      Hi Binil,
                      Yes, it's just old sock.
The issue was, people used to rotate the cylinder in either direction causing either oil drain or air getting trapped. Usually this occurred in my apartment, office or in SVC. The arrow indicator on the top of the cylinder was the culprit as people became curious. They could not understand what happens when they rotate the cylinder so in turn they try rotating the cylinder in both the directions as if, they are turning a valve. Mr. Socko did the trick & now no one really cares what's lies underneath, peace of mind!

                      Hi,
Don't you think 80W LED light will be too bright for the oncoming traffic?
Check Lighting thread: https://www.xbhp.com/talkies/univers...d-etc-151.html. There are few old posts with calculations.

80W seems a little too high to be honest.
I have the following connected on my bike. TNT 300 .
                          1. Two Aux Lights 40W.
                          2. One GO ON Charger, which gives an output of 3 Amps.
                          3. One Maximus Pro GPS Tracker - always on, in trickle mode when bike not on.
                          4. Connection to my air pump - used only when needed.

I am using my stock battery for this setup. The wiring has been done as follows.

                          1. Parallel wiring on the biking to take care of all the items listed above, via fuse for each item.
                          2. Power is directly drawn from the battery, however, I have a relay switch which is triggered by bikes pilot lamps input when the bike is turned on. I took a tap from the connector that goes to the pilot lamps, so no cutting or splicing of wires.

Been using this setup for 3 years and close to 40000kms. No issues with battery or wiring till date. I had added a proper heat sleeve and all for my parallel wiring. So much so that the Benelli SVC fellows got confused why my bike has two wiring harness.

Hello guys, i had mentioned about the gear transmission problem and many of you gave valuable suggestions and it was really helpful, comming to the point the culprit was the woren gear shaft, the service center guy's itslef got confused about the problem since the clutch cable was changed and the bike was driven about 200kms with the woren clutch cable, they were suspicious about clutch plates but i was very much sure that it couldn't be woren this soon(25k/kms as of now). So they diagnosed it again and foundout that the gear shaft and shaft spring got woren. Finally they took a whole day to fix it and now everything is fine.
                            Gear shaft cost:1400Inr.
I had cganged my rear tyre to Continental Basuka 150/60/R17 which costs:4k
