These lights are great. The only problem is I am looking for something which has a switchable option for the floods. As I would like to use these instead of the regular headlights, which suck, to be honest. If I have a switchable option I can run on the spots without disturbing oncoming traffic and switch on the floods when needed.

Do you have any idea of a model with two separate controls for flood and spot?
    i don't have a carbon footprint, i ride everywhere !

      you can try these-

      for spot , for flood

you can use 2 switches, 1 for each pair. although the mounting and wiring will be difficult. but afaik there aren't any switchable spot/flood combo lights. only high/low intensity within flood/spot configuration are available. maybe someone with more knowledge can share his findings here.

Can you send a link ( kappa and the lights) ? How much does it cost?

              Hello All,

I had been a silent follower of this thread for past couple of months, the comments here helped me decide to go for a pre-owned 300, you guys are simply amazing, thanks!!

Quick background, like most of us here since childhood I had a strong liking for Super bikes but never really could own one until now. The planning started a few months back, at 41 convincing my better half was still a challenge, I played on the emotions of “if not now, when”? and it worked
My search for a pre-owned bike started, friends help me spread the word in a few car groups and I ended up catching Parimal from the 300 group. I was always attracted by Benellis and speaking with Parimal I decided to go for it. Thanks Parimal for answering all my stupid queries patiently Then it was through this friend network and OLX that I started meeting prospective sellers, the Pune SVC Manager (I’m from Pune) was extremely helpful in giving me the details of each bike. I saw a black, a white and 2 green ones and then came the Rosso which I completely fell for. The bike is 2015, stock condition with just 2.5K on the ODO, well maintained, scratch less, deal done!! I got her home on 2nd May and the drive back home was just awesome.

Then started the search for good biking gear, as without it I would not ride for sure. Ended up buying an LS2 FF320 Stinger Helmet, Rynox Air GT V2.0 and Rynox Shield Pro Gloves, rest to follow in a few days.

This was followed by a nice detailing. The obvious choice was CAR Culture, as he (Harsh Shah) has been detailing my Cars and he does an amazing job, hats off for his attention to details! I will let the pictures do the talking.

Next, waiting for some long rides, any leads on getting myself added to the Pune fellow riders group is appreciated.
Also, any suggestion on how to get rid of Tailbone pain? This had started a month back when the office chairs were changed and now has aggravated due to the recent short bike rides.

Lastly thank you Admin for adding me to xBhp and thanks to all friends for the knowledge shared on this platform helping me take a decision.
Hoping to meet few of you in person in Pune.

              Regards,
              Bhupesh
Kindly excuse mistakes as this is my first ever blog.

Hey Bhupi - Congrats and welcome to the T3 family.

Regarding the tailbone pain, the culprit as you mention is definitely the office chair. I had similar issues. I tried different cushions and finally got the HR involved to get it replaced. The T3 as such has a very easy going seating position and the tailbone area is well protected and cushioned. I feel the riding is increasing the effectiveness of what you chair has been doing all this while.

Congrats Bhupi. Wish you unlimited happiness on this humble bike.

Guys, I just noticed that benelli has changed their name from dsk benelli to dsk Motowheels on FB. Any update when the showrooms are going to reopen and what’s changed?
Bhupi, since you recently got your bike through the showroom manager, any idea about the completion of transition?

I got myself a Coccyx Pillow that I use now on the office chair, once the pain subdues I'll start riding again, fingers crossed.

I did not get the bike from him as such but he did help me get the history whenever I asked for, he spoke about everything except the dsk part, said he wasn't aware of any transitions yet

                      Hi Bhupi,

Congratulations on your purchase.....it’s never too late...I was in your shoes a few months back....and I am 51...more than my car , I always liked my bike....luckily my better half likes to ride on bike rather than the car...,it as me who kept postponing for the past 4 or 5 yrs...Kids education, housing loans...finally like you said , I thought it’s now or never...and I didn’t want to regret later in life....I was going to pick up a 300...but ended buying a used 600...a very stretch budget...but both of us have immensely enjoyed the two rides we managed to go last two months....I have taken a whole week leave starting Monday just so we can take a trip....going to the hills on Monday and coming back on Tuesday...on Wednesday we are riding Kochi Madurai...overnight stay...Thursday to Rameswaram...so it’s west to east coast ride...will post some pics if possible

If you are talking about LED bulb for the original reflector, many of us are doing experiments on which bulb will fit. yet to arrive at a solution.
Problem is the dust cover which is on the back side. Need a bulb which is not more than 30mm in height.
If your bike has crossed warranty period, then you can think about eliminating the dust cover (not suggested due to dust entry in to the reflector).
Without dust cover, any LED bulb will fit.

Thanks Bro I was doing some research and found that tnt 300 uses H7 bulb and found a brand called night eye has H7 type led headlight but not sure abt the length which u have mentioned. The led has good reviews as well.

Height of the bulb on the back side from the mounting surface should be less than 30mm. Then it will fit. Night eye looks like it is more than 30mm. I have attached a image for better understanding

Yeah it looks like we can't use this one and as u mentioned keeping the dust cover off its not an good idea.
