Has anybody installed the radiator grill? I would like to know how and where does it get screwed on and locks.

Same Question - Can you elaborate on the issue ?

Survey is to log a yes or a no is you have faced any manufacturing fault with the bike. Something that is out of normal wear and tear.

You are right fan is not operating properly or else it works sometimes and doesn't the other time. They are changing the wiring as of now.

Bro there is a problem in the fan. They changed the radiator with the new one but still the problem persists so they are changing complete wiring of the bike. FYI the wiring without the warranty costs 38K.

Did you notice at what temp the fan kicks-in. Usually for a 300, I guess it kicks-in at 85 deg C. If it stops working around 90 deg C, then it is an issue as it keeps running continuously till the temperature comes down. If it does not kick-in at all, then it is an issue.

That's interesting. How did you measure the temperature? Is it given in the console?

The CBR 250 radiator fan starts when the engine reaches 92 degrees Celsius. I had assumed a twin cylinder would run hotter.
