Survey is to log a yes or a no is you have faced any manufacturing fault with the bike. Something that is out of normal wear and tear.Originally posted by bhadoriabtp View Postat the top of the page i saw a survey report which shows bike has manufacturing defect as well as defect in its design. i am not a technical man, i am unableto understand survey report. second thing, servey is conducted for this bike only it shows bike has serious problems . please someone technicl expert may clearify this. thanks in adcance.

You are right fan is not operating properly or else it works sometimes and doesn't the other time. They are changing the wiring as of now.Originally posted by TheArcher84 View PostWhat problem, is the fan not working or do you think Radiator is not functioning as it is supposed to. Bro there is a problem in the fan. They changed the radiator with the new one but still the problem persists so they are changing complete wiring of the bike. FYI the wiring without the warranty costs 38K.Originally posted by brokenbinil View PostSame Question - Can you elaborate on the issue ?

Re: Benelli TNT 300 Ownership Experience
Did you notice at what temp the fan kicks-in. Usually for a 300, I guess it kicks-in at 85 deg C. If it stops working around 90 deg C, then it is an issue as it keeps running continuously till the temperature comes down. If it does not kick-in at all, then it is an issue.Originally posted by Chennai Karthick View PostYou are right fan is not operating properly or else it works sometimes and doesn't the other time. That's interesting. How did you measure the temperature? Is it given in the console?Originally posted by brokenbinil View PostI have never seen it go beyond 93 on a very hot day.
The CBR 250 radiator fan starts when the engine reaches 92 degrees Celsius. I had assumed a twin cylinder would run hotter.
