The implications of the report are not what it seems.Originally posted by visco View PostNot a good news for Benelli owners. Though the stake owned by chinese Italy court declared Benelli wing bankrupt.
Italian Court Declares Benelli as Bankrupt; Company Argues Otherwise - NDTV CarAndBike
We must note that Benelli is backed up by the QJ group and with their the solid expansion strategy worldwide, the news has only highlighted their pending dues to a component manufacturer.
If you read through the article and keep in mind that the court scene in Italy is more or less similar to the one in our own country, it's really not the company is going bankrupt.
I feel these incidents do not translate to any major effects to the end users.- When Life throws you a curve, Lean into it! -

Regarding, Tyre Protector application I have heard that it is really bad for tyres. As the tyres heat up, the product inside tyre boils up and eventually hardens within a year or two damaging the tyre.Originally posted by brokenbinil View Post* Puncture - get Tyre Protector application done for your tyres. Will cost around 1500 bucks and lots of peace of mind. For Bangalore Call Manju - 9591161009
* MudFlaps - Not adequate - You may want to try something like this - http://www.xbhp.com/talkies/do-yours...tnt-300-a.html
* Horn - Some people have had issues with Horns. Mines been working fine till date. Go to SVC. They will replace it.
I personally do not like the IXIL sound for 300 ... Hence Don't ... it's a pain after riding for a while.
How true is this ?

Re: Benelli TNT 300 Ownership Experience
I have been using it over a couple of years on my cars and bikes. The protection itself comes with a 5 year warranty for new tires. I have never faced any hardening or weight related issues.Originally posted by shyam.mora View PostRegarding, Tyre Protector application I have heard that it is really bad for tyres. First of all, you need to understand the way it works. It doesn't harden when exposed to air or with variation of temperature.
When there is a puncture and you see that you are losing air. You need to find a pump where you can fill air, preferably at slightly higher pressure than normal.
Then pull out the nail, twist it out if it's a screw. The air that leaks out at high pressure will also push out the liquid and due to high pressure it will create a seal.
I have come across only one case of someone stating that it created bubbles inside his tire (not seen it personally). In this person's case he used to do a lot of burnouts. Could have been due to that.
Personally I suggest any of the tyre protection solutions. There are quite a few in the market and work in the same principles. Slime, TyreProtector, RideOn.

Macha, not just fz and pulsar. Even splendor guys will try to drag race you. More often than not, they wanna see you rip your bike.Originally posted by Chennai Karthick View PostNot to mean in a bad way but i see FZs and pulsar guys wantedly show off their skills in front of 300. One night on Anna Salai flyover I was following an R1 which was cruising at 80. Suddenly out of nowhere this splendor zooms ahead, cutting in front of us both at a mighty pace of 95 kmph. The rider had a smug grin on his face, because he achieved something great that day.

Pulsars, ktms, fzs are usually the road side Rossis, no offence to anyone, not stereotyping but in general I have seen, I have felt like giving in sometimes but most times I'm like what a bunch of retards in my head, no gear or helmet majority of the time too. Highways is one place u won't see em trying to race.Originally posted by Chennai Karthick View PostNot to mean in a bad way but i see FZs and pulsar guys wantedly show off their skills in front of 300.
