What was the color you ordered and how many days it took for the package to be delivered? I presume it was for your TNT 300.Originally posted by venkadesh View PostHi ,

Its wrapped well in packaging material ... Mine was a bulk order of 18 pieces ... came without any damage.Originally posted by kanth View PostI am going to be buying this paddock stand from the same guy, I just wanted to know how did the package arrive as its 1 piece, how was it packed?
You get multiple color options. We had orders black, red and green. You even get the KTM orange.Originally posted by kanth View PostWhat was the color you ordered and how many days it took for the package to be delivered? I presume it was for your TNT 300.
The same unit works for any bike with swingarm spools. has been used and tested on Ninja 650, Benelli - 300, 600i, GT600

Re: Benelli TNT 300 Ownership Experience
While casually browsing through this thread I found it very surprising to read about people accepting the 'handling' charges that are being added to the on road cost of the bike. Simply put, the dealership cannot charge this and it is illegal. They have costs of doing business - salaries, rentals, transportation, RTO bribes etc but all that is baked into their profit margins. Today if ignorant customers accept this, tomorrow they will start charging for something else as well and further increase their profits. I saw that the company has washed it's hands off the matter which is appalling to say the least.
Recently I bought a Honda Jazz here in Bangalore and my Dad bought a Ford Figo in Kerala. In both cases, I have fought with the company and dealership (phone + emails + social media) on the matter of these illegal charges. In the end, we didnt pay these handling charges in either case. Do your homework, arm yourself with proof and save yourself a lot of money. If you are indifferent and just want to throw money away, do it for a good cause and donate it to charity instead.

Hey I was also thinking of the same how can they charge when they have to make the bike available at their outlet, just as any other product.
I think these cost are for only bikes which are imported and not made locally anybody with more knowledge can shed light on the issue. No replacement for an engine Displacement

If you look at the Indian car industry, every car dealership tries to illegally add these handling charges as well, irrespective of whether the car is locally made or imported. It doesnt matter, it's still illegal.Originally posted by Suraj200 View PostHey I was also thinking of the same how can they charge when they have to make the bike available at their outlet, just as any other product.

Re: Benelli TNT 300 Ownership Experience
Hi guys!! My black Benelli 300 will be arriving to Bangalore showroom today (from Pune). I had been to the showroom yesterday to pay the balance money and I inquired about the PDI. So the folks at the showroom said that the bike will be inspected by some guys and the "tested OK" sticker will then be put on it. I asked what are these tests, and I learned that one of it is riding the bike for over 20km. I was shocked to hear this. Well is this normal? Does the brand new bike always have so much Kilometers on the odo as part of tests?

Riding for any issues, is part of PDI. Sometimes even the warehouse is not near by.Originally posted by SultanUM View PostHi guys!! PDI in BLR is done in Service Center. Then the dealer ship sales team rides it from SVC to Dealership. My bike had around 13kms on ODO when i got it.

Re: Benelli TNT 300 Ownership Experience
Hi guys... I have a query
So my friend who works abroad left me his 2 month old benelli 300. I'll have the bike with me for probably around 8 to 9 months. Last night I took it out for a spin and I noticed that whenever I go over a pothole I hear a thud from somewhere around the rear number plate and mudguard. I did an inspection of the bike and I couldn't find anything loose. Anyone else here have this issue?
The high beam is not aligned properly it points towards the sky...I can't seem to find the adjuster. I have checked the owners manual and it doesn't state anywhere in the manual how to adjust the high beam.

Thud sound from rear is a little odd. I have not come across any. Check if the seat is fixed properly.Originally posted by iBerry View PostHi guys... I have a query

Headlight beam adjustment can be done via two screws inside the headlight panel. You can access it using a medium length + plus screwdriver from the left side of the headlight back cover. Top screw for low beam. Lower screw for high beam.

Re: Benelli TNT 300 Ownership Experience
That thud is nothing but your chain which is hitting the plastic holder as your chain is loose. Once you get your chain tightened, it will vanish.Originally posted by iBerry View PostHi guys... I have a query

then probably the suspension needs to be stiffened ... get it checked nonetheless.Originally posted by iBerry View PostThanks for the reply guys much appreciated. I forgot to mention...the thud sound comes when riding two up. When riding single I don't get the sound.Last edited by brokenbinil; 06-27-2016, 08:02 PM.
