How often are you checking the pressure in your tyres ?

Whats the road you are taking to commute ?

I guess there are a few factors that might be causing this issue for you. Very short intervals as in how much ?

I started noticing this from last week. I could see 4-6 points of pressure drop in every two days. By the way, there are few stretches (40 meters each I guess) which are very bad. Are you using any TPS in your T3?

I just confirmed with the SVC guys, it's Motul 7100 10w50 full synthetic.

I am using TyreProtector : Tyre Protector - Home - There is no difference in performance. Leakage of air has reduced. If you are riding in bad roads, it would be good to check your tire once. As they are medium soft compounds, they tend to pick up small metals specially in bad stretch of roads. I have not had any issues since i have been using TPS. Another brand you can try is Slime. does the same job. For me i needed 450 gms in front tyre and 550 grams in rear tyre. Total cost Rs. 1600/-

Please suggest what could be wrong so that during my next visit I can suggest SVC guys.
I remember someone mentioning that theor cone set was to be changed for this issue.

Motul 7100 is 10W40 : These guys at SVC were saying the same to me ... :P Anyway I want to use some other oil. Not happy with Motul. Actually not happy that they make you change it every 4000kms. Why waste this oil when in Kawasaki the same oil is used till 8000kms.

                  HAHA... Good catch.

won't your warranty void if you do so ?

Try shell advance FS 10W40 it's good engine oil and costs around rs. 750 and is available at amazon.

                      Thanks Chandan for your suggestion.

I am scared if changing oil will void warranty.

Is this one you are talking about ?

That's exactly what the SVC would say. The manual of any manufacturer bike or car would only state the grade of oil to be used. They cannot enforce which oil. Ideally as long as you use the recommended grade we are good. Problem is convincing the dimwits at SVCs.

Yup that's a very good oil. I have used in my previous bike. This has a range of 8000kms, hence using it now is a waste of money as SVC would force you to change oil every 4000kms. Better to use the Shell AX7. My friend has been using the same for the last 5 years on his GT 650 ... runs well and he changes it every 4000kms.

I think the SVC guys are right about the oil model number.

                          Its Motul 7100 10W50.

Something fishy here. Motul India Website does not list it as a product at all.
